we were guests in the structure as the first time. Bad old rooms and bad smell I have never seen a hotel that does not offer the refrigerator in the room included in the price AND not 6 € per day, The restaurant is passable (although given the price of overnight stay they could offer much better) Bar overpriced, Pleasant entertainment but more kid-friendly entertainers. Beautiful resort: a large structure equipped with all comforts and a beautiful view of the sea. Welcoming and helpful staff in every situation. The restaurant is also excellent (great variety of well-cooked foods). The pools are also spotless.

Attracted by the beautiful photos of the site relating to the Olympic seawater swimming pool and those relating to the beautiful coves on the sea, we book at this resort. When we arrive we come up against the sad reality: The Olympic swimming pool is empty and access to the coves is forbidden due to works (therefore there are no umbrellas or deck chairs as shown in the photos on the site). What did we pay for? Why was it not communicated to us in advance? We asked if our dog was allowed access to the resort. With a positive answer we also paid for his stay, too bad they didn't let him into the pool area (the only one that worked) forcing us to take turns to swim. (We did not ask that the dog take a bath of course but that he could stay crouched and quiet under the umbrella. In the worst B & Bs, there is a shower. In our room, however, NO, only the tub. For 5 days every night, around 4 a.m., the dog that lives freely at the hotel, barks, barks, outside in front of the hotel and WITHOUT stops until 6 or 7 a.m., waking us and several other customers, impossible to go back to sleep with all the racket!!! And even after several complaints to the management of the hotel, NOTHING is done!!! It's unacceptable not to be able to sleep peacefully without the dog waking up the whole hotel!!! It's frustrating not to be listened to by the management of the hotel, and to see that they don't care at all about the comfort of their customers! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
