Paradise island resort. Not vacuumed and really dirty around and behind furniture. 2 pots with tefal coming off, toxic. Kitchen CBS appear to have things just thrown in. No flannel unless you pay extra. No dish towel. Difficulty finding car park. Dw had cutlery left in, smelly, no powder to use. No bulbs work in lounge lamp. Sign to clean or get charged. Party of 7, drunk, disorderly, smoking and diving IN the pool. No answer from onsite mangement. Told desk following day and pretty much told there were no complaints. We know there were others complaining. Went on for hours. How do you complain when no management here and no answer on phone.Wish I'd checked the reviews before staying in this dirty room. Huge disappointment. The only benefits here are maybe a lovely pool and location. You could do a lot to tidy up the unit. I have photos of mess but can't upload them.

Most mornings I walk past the Langham Broadbeach gold coast, with my dogs and often comment, that I should stay there and see what it is like. So I bit the bullet and booked a room. And a reservation at Tang Court for lunch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, it was a superb atmosphere, and dripping with friendly service. Check-in was a breeze and we were given a full run down of the hotel. That was the only moment of regret, I didn't pack my swimsuit so couldn't get in the magnesium pool.....but I will go back for sure. Up to our to the room and it had the biggest bath, so bugger the magnesium pool. stopped by the lobby bar for a pre-lunch drink and service was quick and accurate. Then on to level 3, where we are greeted as though we are long lost friends and taken to our table. The food at Tang Court was next level and I even got a doggy bag.......so much food. Not cheap, but worth every cent and the experience. After our very long lunch it was back to the room to drop off the doggy bag and to explore the rest of the hotel. I took my glass of bubbles with me quite expecting to be told to leave it behind, but no, everyone just smiled warmly and I am sure had there been an open bottle somewhere they would have topped me up. As we are locals, I invited family down to check out the lodgings and was met with the appropriate ”ooo and aahhh!!!”. Back to the lobby bar and timed it perfectly to view the fireworks on the beach at Surfers. The bed was super comfy, great pillows and the curtains closed, made a princess sleeping paradise. Next morning it was a toss up to go to the café or the buffet breakfast. Glad we chose the buffet, $59 each and all you can eat. I definitely ate my $$$ worth. Checkout came too soon at 11am, but it was nice to have the extra hour and not the traditional 10am check-out. On checkout we of course were asked, did we have far to go home? not far I said.......about 900 metres. very pleased with our STAYCATION...........thankyou Langham,ill blow you a warm kiss as I walk past this week.

I recently stayed and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and responsive to any requests I had, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Great apartment close to a patrolled beach & everything Goldcoast has to offer. Tram stop at end of the street, easy walk to Coles, shops & Cavill mall. We could easily live here! The apartment we had was newly renovated & had ocean views (with a building in the way but still could still see the ocean), which we were very happy about. Morning coffee on the balcony was great! If you’re expecting a more modern apartment with room service, than this place is not for you. Quiet, Spacious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with a full functional kitchen (no dishwasher), this is the place for you! - we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Big Comfy couch with unlimited Foxtel & Netflix, was great to snuggle up on & watch movies when the weather turned bad. It had cold aircon with fans in bedrooms. Mattress was also very comfortable. Small pool on site. Undercover parking. Building management was excellent & helpful also. We will be definitely staying here again when visiting the Goldcoast .

Awesome place to stay with a range of fantastic facilities and the desk is open good hours to help meet your needs . This has 2 big indoor spas , outdoor swimming pool , beach access at back door and kids pool . I recommend this to anyone.

Staff are lovely. Pool and garden area are lovely. Views from many of the rooms are fabulous, especially from level 10. Majority of rooms are of good size and well appointed. For our family trip I booked 3 rooms for 6 adults. 2 were terrific, maybe a little dusty but otherwise nice. We had 3 adults in the 3rd room which Unfortunately was a lot smaller than the others. No air conditioning in the main room, dusty cabinetry, soap scum on the shower caddy and despite being a non-smoking building the room reeked of cigarettes. Was told that the stench was casued be residents in nearby room. Unfortunately the only remedy offered was 3 free drink vouchers valued at $5 each. Not even enough to cover a coffee from the cafe. If you are offered room 206 ask for another room.

I will admit that I selected this hotel on price and location. Check in is a little difficult as you fave to arrive at a set time period or pre arrange before you get there. Called the front desk and was checked in without too much bother. Car park is underneath but you need the code to access, which you get on check in, so need to park somewhere in the meantime. Room was clean, equipped with everything I needed. There was also a kitchenette arrangement. It was at the rear and was relatively quiet. However, the place has a feeling of a half way house, or low income rentals. It seemed to me there were long-term residents. The hotel offers little, no food, nothing in fridge, no restaurant, no meals. There is a pool tho. For a cheap one night stay it was ok. Would I stay longer, I don't think so.

My family stayed in a two bedroom superior ocean view apartment as we do every year for the car races. As usual it was just perfect. The apartment had been renovated since our last visit and it was lovely. Spacious and clean with everything you could need plus some added extras. Our grandson just loved the pool and beautiful warm spa. The apartments are a very short walk to the rail link and also a nice little Club which has lovely meals. Also a very short walk to the beach. We park the car when we arrive and don’t use it again until we leave. I must make special mention of Fred. Both over the phone and in person his customer service was above and beyond. He was so very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t ask for more than that. This has been our accommodation choice for years and it never disappoints. I was really impressed with the hotel allowing me to access my room immediately on arrival. I had spoken to them and explained that I would be flying all night, likely with no sleep and they were more than happy to accommodate that by allowing me immediate access to my room. However no sooner had I climbed into bed (around 10.30am) renovations were taking place in the unit above which included some sort of hydraulic hammering or drilling. The sound was horrendous. I contacted reception who stated they had no control over the noise. I asked to move rooms, however none that were vacant had been cleaned. I asked for sheets so that I could just use a bed elsewhere but was told that wasn't possible. They advised that the noise should only last another 30 mins which it did. I guess the disappointing thing was that they were aware that I was flying all night and in desperate need of sleep and put me in a room that was below a unit they knew was being renovated. But to be honest, I was really happy with everything else. The above is my only complaint, which to be honest was a very out of the ordinary situation. Had there been no renovations taking place I'd have given it a 5-star rating straight up. And yes i would definitely stay there again. The light rail is right outside the hotel entrance, so convenient, it took me everywhere i needed to go which was great as I didn't rent a car as my conference was right in the heart of Surfers. Just down the road toward Surfers (a couple of mins walk) are a heap of restaurants. I love anything Asian. There were multiple Thai, Chinese and Indian to choose from. I tried to get something from each of them and none of them disappointed. I didn't get to the beach but it's only a block away. The walk would be less than 5 mins. For the location and price, I doubt you would do much better for an entire unit!!!
