剛開始遊玩覺得酒店和温泉都不錯，泳池也多，孩子喜歡。殊不知在温泉區域最上面一層的泳池，我老公才進入沒到一個小時，被泳池底不明處劃傷，腳上一小塊指甲蓋大小的地方連皮帶一小塊肉刮破，血流了挺多，温泉經理倒是及時給予了消毒和創口貼包紮。因為影響後面遊玩，要求解釋和處理，温泉經理全程沒有任何道歉，説泳池都有安全須知，屬於顧客自己的意外，家屬後面衹能在温泉大廳等我和孩子一個半小時，期間旁邊前台再沒有任何詢問，也沒有問需要觀光車回酒店不。晚上我知曉後，後來投訴至酒店值班經理，值班經理才比較好的安撫了我們，這點感謝大晚上值班經理，於第二天送了一個果盤關心。後面衹能我一人陪玩，家屬全程坐在酒店，最後正常結房離開。温泉負責人生怕我們賴上他，態度讓人心寒，衹能説大家在這裏自己注意安全，出了事都是自己兜底的。

The only drawback is that the table is narrow. You can’t watch TV when you eat. The sink has to pay attention to it in the living room, but this price, In Xiqi, it is really cost-effective. The family listens to me directly, but still wants to comment on Xiqi Hotel industry is really developing very badly. Disadvantages, the sink is in the living room, it is easy to splash water in the living room, there is no mopping the floor, it is very troublesome to wipe the paper, the front desk recognizes the wrong person, misunderstands the customer to take a rag to polish the shoes, I only stayed

I am the most comfortable and satisfying time to stay at Yaxin Hotel in Xiyi. Because this hotel is a little smaller than those big hotels, but all aspects are not worse than those big hotels, especially the sanitation is very clean, the service is also very good, and the room is particularly warm and has a feeling of home. Those hotels I have stayed in before feel that the Yaxin Hotel I chose this time is not comfortable. More recommended is to be close to the high-speed rail station, bus station, especially close, a minute walk, too convenient to take the bus. Xilin Yaxin Hotel is my first choice for coming here in the future.
