Client de plus de 5 ans de cet établissement : Les Moins en 2023 : - Changement de gestion des réservations. Plus de réduction pour longue durée même si réservation de plus de 6 mois à l'avance. La même réservation si prise en juillet, comme l'établissement n'est pas plein, les prix sont cassés entrainant une différence pour la même période de 1000 euro . Prix plein tarif en Janvier 2023 : 3200 euro , en juillet 2200 euro. - Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres malgré la rénovation depuis plus de 1 an de la chambre . - Plus de salle de sport - Plus de restauration, restaurant fermé depuis 3 ans - réduction des horaires d'accueil, plus de personnel après 21h et entre 12 et 14h. - Pour les séjours longs : renouvellement serviettes et draps, nettoyage, plus qu'une fois par semaine. - Manque buanderie pour les longs séjours. Selon les chambres , le fil pour étendre le linge n'existe plus dans la salle de bain. - pas prises pour les voitures électriques Les Plus : - Personnel correct, même si gros turn-over . - Toujours tranquillité du lieu. - Plein Cannet, accès direct au bus 1 et 4 pour aller sur Cannes. - Chambre rénovée , climatisée (groupe de froid changé en 2023), wifi gratuit - Parking fermé, mais une partie louée à des locaux , malgré tout il y a de la place sur 2 étages - les 2 ascenseurs marchent cette année. - Équipement cuisine complet. - bonne literie - Piscine opérationnelle - Très bonne boulangerie à côté pour faire son petit déjeuner.

Complicated access, hills area, paying underground parking and very narrow for the manœuvres. Pool on the roof not tested. Spacious room. Separate toilet. Correct bathroom. Grand balcony terrace but window door blocked. The hotel is very interesting and has a buffet breakfast.

The staff at this hotel is beyond belief, they go over and above whatever is necessary to help their guests. There is Alex the Absolute Awesome miracle worker; Chloe the Caring & Concerned; Nathan the Nicest young man ever; Ama’lie the Very Helpful; and, Mirana the one who guides the amazing crew she has put together. Even the kitchen and staff personnel are exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone based on the staff alone.

Kimi Résidence has free parking and it meets basic needs. We stayed in the ground floor room with small kitchen - stove microwave and toaster The bathroom doorknob was loose and the main door was hard to open with a key. The room decor was very cozy and the beds were comfy.

In meinen Augen eines der schönsten und gemütlichsten Holtels die es gibt! Zum entspannen und die Privatsphäre geniessen einfach nur Perfekt! Das kleine aber feine Hotel wird von einer super tolle. Familie geführt und Valerie die es führt ist eine herzensliebe Frau die alles macht und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer es war sehr gross (haben sogar zum gleichen Preis ein Upgrade bekommen) Wir geniessten unsere ruhe unsere Labrador Hündin war auch dabei. Und was ich einfach sagen muss der Hund war mehr wie nur willkommen wir konnten sie überall mitnehmen sie durfte auch am Pool bei uns liegen! Wir hatten einen Traumhaften aufenthalt und kommen ganz bald schon wieder! Vielen dank für diese wunderbaren Ferien einfach ein WOW….

Most of them, facilities are also available, the front desk is very warm, the next day, breakfast is a lot of people, I feel more lively, breakfast is very cost-effective, can also eat outdoors, the air is good, parking is free, very close to the high speed, hotel There are no shops in the surrounding area. If you want to buy snacks, you can buy them in the city in advance.

I wasn’t having high expectations so, at least the room was clean, not big, but I’ve been traveling for 10 days inside a group, and this was the worst nights sleep I’ve had, despite the fact that they were ALL in budget hotels. I think the bed is uncomfortable, and it was noisy because people in the halls you could hear everything. And there was a light in my room from the air conditioning unit that was SO bright that IT ILLUMINATED my Luggage, it illuminated it! and I found something to hang to block it The air conditioning, however, worked well, but the pillows ******, and I have a neck ache. Another complaint is there were no outlets for charging my electronics. Absurd in this day and age. We got there late I was delighted to find room service had actual food delivery until 10 o’clock at night. I did get the salmon with potatoes. Dried out and very fishy. My friend had the pasta and liked it Not a horrible stay but I wouldn’t come again.

Just returned from a stay here with a family of 5 and can really recommend this hotel. We stayed in a duplex 2 bedroom apartment - with additional sofa bed. Pro's - Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money especially compared to similar options in the region - Great air conditioning throughout the apartment - Good sized kitchen with fridge + freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils - 2 bedrooms - double beds, TV in each room (additional sofa bed + TV in living room). One room with a balcony. - 2 bathrooms one with a shower and other bath/shower (only 1 with toilet) - both shower + bath could be used at the same time. - Swimming pool was slightly small, which means can be a little crowded at busy times but great for children and not too deep. - Small sauna and basic gym too. - Fresh water and cakes/cookies at reception - Great location for driving. Plenty of parking. Location is just by Mougins (which is great for fine dinning options). A short drive to supermarkets and close to roads to explore South of France. (Cannes/Antibes about 30 mins drive, Nice 1 hour) Con's - Cleaning was only done once during our stay (9 nights) - No shared facilities/food/bar options after 8pm and nothing too close by foot either. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this.
