A very nice hotel that used to be an ashram. Perfect location in Vrindavan. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to temples and activities. Great for foreign travelers:)

Rooms were good. Place was good. But it was not near by. No walking distance for temple. No shops around the place. Lights was giving issue. Fan regulator ws not working. Food was ok but expencive. No taste in buffet breakfast. Limited items. Nothing for kid's

11 days in Vrindavan at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico, wow!! amazing & excellent stay. The hospitality was wonderful, staff was were very polite, kind & helpful. Right from entry into the hotel, the Security staff, the Front office staff Achal, Mohit, Bibek, Shubham, Tanya, Shivani, Bhavna, all of them helped us in each and every possible way and took care of even of the smallest requests. Talking about Tripti Restaurant, Santosh, Pramod, Jitendra, Rajat, Nikam, Rohit, Akhilesh and Chef Rajveer helped us a lot with tasty & fantastic food serving & other special requests we had on daily basis (we have been quite choosy, thanks to them for tolerating and accomodating us). It would be incomplete not to talk about Housekeeping staff, especially Jitendra, Ajay, Pushpender, Gurvinder and few others (I actually forgot the names), everyone was so humble and helpful. Special thanks to Bibek & Narinder (Duty Manager) who helped me in arranging a doctor visit in hotel at 2 am in morning as my wife was not feeling well. Narinder even actually offered a ride to nearby hospital in his car incase doctor was not available. Lastly, Mr. Mayank (GM), he is a lovely guy always ready and eager to listen to problems and solving them. Had a great time chit- chatting with him during our stay. Thanks Mayank ji for having such a wonderful staff and providing us a pleasent stay.. One cannot review a hotel or staff in a day or two but for us, genuinely, we felt like home, one family, during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking to visit Vrindavan and Mathura.

This resort is really amazing. We had never experienced bamboo cottage with such morden facilities in ncr & near by. We felt so spellbound seeing its beauty. Hotel staffs were quite cooperative and friendly. It was bit tricky to reach but hotel reception guy guided us well in phone. Food is quite good and reasonable. Our child enjoyed zip line and hunted house also but it was chargeable but it’s ok. Thanks

Everything was good. Peaceful place and food was also yummy. One suggestion i would like to give that in family rooms they could add one more ac for better cooling.

Wonderful property in Vrindavan.. A bit of a distance away from proper Vrindavan town.. Takes around 20 mins by e-rickshaw from the town.. Otherwise a gem of a hotel... Very clean and hygienic and responsive to guest's needs.... Stayed at the Maharani Suite (as the Maharaja suite was booked) for only one night (could get booking of the suite for 1 night only). Two single beds and one queen beds provided for 4 pax... Single beds not very wide, an adult would have to remain conscious as to not fall off the bed... Mattresses very soft and you sink in.. A bit of a challenge for senior citizens.. The beds are separated by a classy wooden partition... The interior decoration of the suite is tastefully done with wood panelling and cupboards and bedside tables and you have lots of, places to keep things on... There is only one bathroom but it is a very big one with wonderful fixtures and a bathtub thrown in for added measure. The toiletries are of good quality and you are provided with a Electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets... The restaurant Anubhuti is a quaint place and serves very good food.. The complimentary breakfast had no buffet and you can order anything from aloo paratha, idli & vada, fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, poha, etc. All of the preparations were very tasty and the portions were generous. Would specialty compliment the restaurant for allowing to serving customized good items -- we asked for plain aloo jeera and boiled vegetables and were served perfect dishes to suit our palate. Thank them for that. Secondly, after one night stay, we had to check out at 10 am... At the same time we went for Vrindavan local temples Darshan by e-rickshaw... They were very generous is allowing us the room till 1 pm after which we ate lunch at the restaurant and departed for Govardhan. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to Vrindavan. I was travelling with parents who are over 75 years young and the hotel staff did their bit so that we had a hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Most of the staff is ignorant towards guests and hotel services, they are just working for salary, bathroom fixtures need cleaning, Window glasses are dirty and aluminum panels are clogged, rooms are good, furniture too is good but it seems there is no one looking for shortcomings

5 star for excellent and fast services. A small problem related to water supply issue in room resolved by staff within minute. Their team is concern for everything related to your stay. Proximity to banke bihari and iskon and prem mandir make this hotel best choice for stay in vrindawan
