A true pleasure! My reason for being at The Lodge was for team meeting for several days. Our team frequents The Lodge every other year and it has never failed to accommodate us and make each one of us feel like family! There is approximately 43 of us and we not only have our team meeting in their large banquet room, but we eat each meal there too. The food is delicious and some of the best I have ever had. Scott is in charge of everything and he (along with his hard-working, courteous team) strive to make our experience the best. Scott and his staff are hands on with every moment from checking in to departure! The outdoor area is private and feels like you are stepping into an oasis with the waterfall, plush green grass, intimate sitting areas, newly added fire pit, etc. There are many weddings held at The Lodge and it is obvious as to why as soon as you step inside. The entire place is elegant and welcoming. A truly fancy retreat! Soft music is played each night in the lobby that sets the relaxing mood. The rooms are very clean and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud! The entire team personalizes your gathering and even leaves mints on your pillow!!! I highly recommend The Lodge at Flat Rock for couples, family, business, team meetings, weddings, and any/all reasons!

It was completely misguided by Ctrip advertising pictures and hotel introductions... there are no antique shops and restaurants! It is just a small hotel in a small alley. Breakfast is continental and there is no need to be rich, but the cheese omelet tastes good. It can be like a crib and a connecting room. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t rely on Ctrip’s special requirements for remarks, because the hotel says that does not exist!
