I’ve been here for 3 days now I love the cleanliness and the people it’s way better than the Warren location

A previous reviewer stated that they didn't know why anyone would complain about this location and hotel. The building itself is perfectly standing. It's what's inside that is disappointing to some degree. The front desk staff on duty June 21 - June 24, 2024., very courteous and professional at all times. The cleaning manager helpful. There is a more detailed review with pictures on Yelp. Check your bedding before getting into the Bed. Rule of thumb, if a room is occupied and only one bed appears to have been slept in, 'Change both bed linen', change all towels so there is no room for error. Cleanliness is next to what? yeah. This is an ideal location for the Owner to do an Undercover Boss segment and stay in various rooms. Everyone has a job to do, Do your very best all the time even when you think no one is watching.

If you need a place to stay.....keep driving. This was the absolute worst Super 8 Hotel we have ever stayed in. Upon arriving, we needed to use the restroom. We were informed that there were no public restrooms. What hotel doesn't have restrooms in the lobby. When we were given our room card, it was evident that the small envelop that held the card had been used many times before. It has filthy. As we entered the hallway the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. When we entered the room, I immediately noticed that the bedspread had stains all over it. I took that off the bed only to reveal a blanket that was full of burn holes. We were literally there to sleep, otherwise I would have left. The sheets were clean. I didn't pay too much attention to the bathroom that night. But in the morning when I went to take a shower I discovered that the bathtub was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bottom of the tube was black and there were long black hairs everywhere. I turned the shower on as hot as is would go to make me feel better about stepping in, only to see that the bottom of the shower curtain was also black. After showering I reached for a towel. The towel had a hole in it larger than my fist and had 4 large brown stains on it. I used hand towels to dry off. If this hotel had a breakfast, like most Super 8's, I couldn't say because the people checking me in didn't mention it and I definitely wouldn't have eaten there based on the smell of the hotel and the filth in my room. We have stayed in many Super 8's across the country and have never had such a bad experience.

Excellent staff, helpful! Room clean, neat, with lots of needed stuff, mWave, Refrig, Iron/Ironing board, hair dryer Max security, deadbolt + latch-lock. Reasonable rates despite all they offer. Next trip, I'll definitely seek a Red Roof Inn!!❤️

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty - from the entrance, to the lobby, hall and the room. The halls were filled with litter on the floors. Our room had not been vacuumed - trash in every corner. The fridge was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The wash clothes looked like they were cleaning rags (very dingy). Lots of people walking the halls and going to the rooms with the cleaning person . I believe, they only change sheets as the place is really dirty. We couldn't get the urine smell out of our room despite odor killing disinfectant and room fresheners. Breakfast - they don't have the pints of milk as seen in the images, there is a pitcher of milk that stays in the small fridge it was there all night until the next day for use. No pastries. They said we had to wait for the guy that was on call to come in before we could get a plunger for the toilet. 2 hrs later, my husband went down and there were two of them behind the counter. an employee kept his truck parked at the entrance each night and the alarm went off every few minutes. Most of the staff was very unfriendly and appeared and sounded annoyed that you were there. There were 2 that spoke pleasantries out of the 7 that we encountered. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.
