維也納酒店一貫的乾淨衞生，床上用品也不錯，酒店很新，設施齊全。所有人員服務熱情周到，早餐品種豐富多彩，味道很不錯，這次住了三天，體驗很好。五星好評。另外，酒店停車也非常方便。

第二次入住，去年國慶來過一次，這次正好趕上臘八節，大堂還有免費的熱騰騰的臘八粥喝。酒店很新，洗澡水很大很熱，早餐也不錯，關鍵人少很舒服。價格便宜，另外快過年了旁邊很多煙花批發價格實惠，買了很多。

全部大床房靠馬路窗户隔音差，不是一般的吵鬧，一開始安排的三樓想換高樓層的，前台就説免費升的房型衹能住三層的；那我不升房型呢，前台還是説衹有三層的，後面出去辦事一個半小時回來，看攜程上面寫的標大明明就有3-7層，前台又説你已經入住幾小時還是不換，我住這麼多酒店還真是第一次遇到這種環境吵鬧，前台工作人員還處處離譜刁難顧客的店

每次都住維也納酒店，這家是新開的，小度很好用，躺在床上，直接語音控制，前台很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，彩光明亮，設備也很完善，值得推薦，尤其是枕頭超讚，網速也不錯，房間很大很乾凈，很滿意的一次住宿，下次還會再來！
