Room not only was clean and spacious but smelled great too. The bed was comfortable and great pillows. The shower water pressure was super. Definitely coming here again! By B the way we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel (Quay) and it was excellent.

Quick one night stay, but it was easy and very clean. Area is safe ad convenient to anything you may want or need. It's not super close to the main drag that is US95, but still easy to find. I didn't do breakfast, as I had to rush put in the morning. It did look good though. Rooms were very clean and up-to-date. The accessibility of the hotel is great, but the room itself was very hard to maneuver within; it was doable with some extra effort.

We were in town for a wedding. We stayed 3 nights. This is a basic Holiday Inn that "gets you" when there is a River Cruise or a WSC Home Game. Unfortunately for us there were two cruises and a home game during our stay. We had been traveling for 13 hours and arrived at 4:20 to find our room not ready. Check in is at 3:00. They were able to find a room and we were appreciative of that. Apparently a River Cruise had all checked out that morning and the cleaning staff was behind. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room overlooked the parking lot so nothing to look at, but we had a nice tree shading our balcony. The shower floor was extremely slick when it got wet. I ended up putting a towel on the shower floor while using it. This seems like a dangerous floor to have at this hotel with as many elderly people that we saw staying here. It is a fall hazard for sure. The toilet didn't flush well and the bathroom sink handles were installed backwards, annoying, but not a hazard. We got limited housekeeping the first day with just fresh towels, bed wasn't made and no trash pick up. The second day we got everything. We didn't eat at the restaurant. The patio looked nice. Our bill was $700+ for 3 nights.

Unexpectedly lovely hotel. We stayed here prior to a cruise on the Snake River. The staff was great and upbeat, the food was really good. Fitness center, situated on the Snake River. Nice patio area. Pretty grounds, easy place to be for a day or two.

Beautiful hotel with a balcony. Noah totally hooked me up with a great room after accidentally booking an accessible room. Then accidentally booked this hotel instead of Pullman wa so called Danielle and she was so helpful. Great hotel with a happy, helpful staff. I’m always staying here when I travel for business from here in out.

Amazing rooms and the best restaurant service by Rose! She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our food and our visit!. The other hotel staff were outstanding as well. Front desk and bartenders went out of the way to explain the area and all amenities. We will be back!

We stayed here 2 nights before our American Cruise Line Riverboat trip. Nice hotel, very good breakfast menu, the restaurant on-site is very good. Walking distance to another restaurant. Clean, comfortable.

We usually try to stay at Holiday Inn's when traveling and this one is right up there with the best of em' (maybe even thee best). Everything went smooth and everything was very clean. I can't think of a single thing to complain about...maybe if I'm being super nitpicky the jets in the hot tub were pretty weak.

We had reserved a room for two nights through *********** which I’ve never had a problem with and have used many times prior. This was made on 8/18 for 9/3-9/5. We got there and they had no record of the reservation. I called customer service with booking and was told that the hotel was refusing to accept the reservation and they were full. The front desk stated this happened with other booking systems. *********** says the excuse was they aren’t getting the emails. This was my son’s birthday trip and we booked the only hotel on the water for a reason. I was able to get another hotel to open up a suite for us a discount without being pushy because of the issue we had at this hotel. I don’t believe they didn’t have one room on stand by that they could have opened for us because I used to work in the industry and know how it works. Also, if you know you’re emails aren’t working, you need to remove your hotel from booking sites. I highly recommend the best western down the road instead.
