Very clean facility in a well lit area right off the highway. It's located around lots of food places and is about 10 to 15 min away from downtown Louisville. Rooms are nicely put together everything looks new and smells nice. My only gripe was the parking because there was none

Hotel staff was fantastic from checking in procedure, upgrade of rooms and service at breakfast. Breakfast was a full hot buffet as well as a selection of cereals, breads, yogurt and waffles. Beds were comfy and water pressure great. Would gladly stay here again!

It was so, so fresh and clean. Great room furnishings. Lobby well lit - desk attendant who checked us in was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast options were plentiful. The problem was - nothing was hot. All lukewarm. But the microwave oven fixed most of that. Just inconvenient. We will surely return.

Nothing fancy. This hotel is in a good location just off the interstate outside of Louisville. There was nothing wrong, but also nothing special. The bedding from the previous night was still in our room when we checked in, so that was unfortunate. Management had us put it in the hall outside the room.

Friendly staff, especially the breakfast person. Breakfast had many options and even had "on the go" bags. Clean hotel with many dining options within walking distance.

Second time staying here. Convient location. Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was really good

Nice hotel but... they dont tell you theres $150 incidental fee that you have to pay when you check in, could never get the sliding glass shower door to stay closed during the shower and the white towels in .y bathroom were brown stained. In the morning when i checked out i was told tbe $150 would be back in my account , here we are 3 days later and its no where to be seen in my account.

This is me and my husband's second time staying and we love it. Its always so clean and the front desk person is always so nice.

Friendly, easy check-in, comfortable and clean room, good pillows and a nice breakfast spread. All around a great stay.

What can I say, the Hotel was clean, comfortable, well kept. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast wasn’t great but it was still tasty and filling. This is a first time staying at the Best Western Plus and we couldn’t have been happier

Property is in mint condition. Room was very clean and comfortable. But front desk was not staffed later in evening or in the morning. I don't know how long a 9pm arrival had to wait to check in - at least a half hour. Other routine visits and calls to the front desk also went unanswered. There were two EV charging stations available, but neither was ready to be used - would be a real issue for a customer hoping to recharge. Staff seemed unconcerned. The breakfast was good, but the only employee struggled to keep up - ran out of hot foot and juice during the morning rush.

The hotel was bright and clean. Rooms are nicely outfitted. Front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts for my week-long stay got to be boring, and I ended up going out for a hearty breakfast at Bob Evans.

Rooms were clean and nice size. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was poor, hot food was cold.
