OK, the hotel is quite small.

Rooms could use some updating. Air conditioner was loud. Room could use a new coat of paint and new rug.

The property location was great, the room and facilities were great too just a little dated and needs updating but suited our needs for a weekend getaway

The property seemed a little dated and could use some upgrades, but the staff was very welcoming and were eager to assist with anything needed.

The property is older but has a nice pool area and decent ocean front. The room was fine. The Oceanview was worth the extra $. The front desk staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

The hotel is a budget friendly option. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in walking distance to everything and right next door to the jolly trolley stop. I will be returning.

For the price excellent property. Bathroom dated but clean. Room was large and had small stove and refrigerator. I liked we were close to everything. Again for the price the location is great.

Older hotel, clean, friendly, easy parking on site, 24 hour front desk service. Location excellent for restaurants, entertainment, beach. Downside is next door every evening from 8:00pm til midnight loud live music. I would stay there again.

The room had black mold on the ceiling and bathtub. Our bath tub backed up, they did offer to switch our room for us due to that, since the maintenance man wasn’t answering, but we were afraid we would get a worse off room so my husband fixed it and we stayed put. The hallways did not appear to be vaccumed in a very long time, and for some odd reason there were a crap ton of extension cords on our level ran across the hallway floors into a room? The beds were clean, so that was a positive. The outdoor pool area is nice, the nicest part of the hotel. Location was decent. About a 25 min walk to downtown pier 60 area. I’m not usually particular about much or need anything fancy, but this was definitely a one time stay for us.

Great little hotel with a private beach and nice pool for a great price. Clean beds, free parking and friendly staff. Only issue was the mold smell, it was pretty bad. It is an older hotel, but you are paying for an older hotel. Every hotel in the area is more than double, some even triple the price. If you want the Hilton, stay there. If you want a safe, fun place to stay that will not kill your wallet that has parking and a private beach and pool that is close to a bunch of restaurants then check it out.

At the price, the place was good. I prefer not to have carpet in the room. The door to the outside was iffy. Overall it was okay, but would prefer a more updated hotel.

Friendly staff, checking in was easy, Devon at the front desk was helpful. The room needs to be updated, bed is clean. Location is great! The beach area and the pool is great for kids.

The location was perfect for where and what we wanted to do. Staff is very friendly. However, we never had our room attended to the entire stay. No towels, toilet tissue, garbage, vac... etc. taken care of. Stove was non-working too. All in all, in spite of all of that, I would stay again because it was such a great price & perfect spot for a February break.

Hotel rooms view of gulf is very limiting need to be on balcony to see, the building itself is dated but the location is unbeatable with pool and hot tub and private beach. Making it better is the tiki bars next door that has live bands going
