Hotel le 23

The horror.. Hotel at first glance ok, but when we arrived the boss was not there. We have to ask the neighbor at the brewery, which is also a horrible place. After 30 minutes of waiting, the boss appears and we are given our cards. Microscopic room, bathroom to vomit barely dared to touch the taps. The toilet board is not fixed. An old empty shower gel bottle hangs in the shower. The frames are not, simply frames with the background and no photo. An old cushion is lying on the bed, with suspicious stains. Hairs and stain on the bed sheets also. And finally.. It must be a passing hotel.. Returned after our concert, 1am.. Soundproofing 0! Every night there are moans, the TV is loud, laughter and screams. We didn't sleep! The slightest whisper can be heard. We thought the neighbors were showering in our bed... In short, we had to flee! Spend €20 more and go elsewhere!!!!!!

A deplorable welcome, we had booked on Airbnb, we arrived... no reservation 30 minutes of waiting! Unacceptable, no commercial gesture. In the end we were given 2 rooms. 1 with a door that doesn't close... super finds yourself changing we wait another 10 minutes.. False ad, we can't see where the BATHROOM is and the Queen site... Fortunately a friend was staying in one of the rooms... the card no longer works, it's impossible to enter. A disaster... On the other hand... don't overdo it. Dust and wood shavings all over the frames, headboard.. and even on the bed. They did some work and unable to clean the room. And that's not all, in the shower the joints are removed one by one, the water does not flow and the noise 😱 No sound insulation we hear everything!! Hotel to avoid!

J’ai réservé 4 chambres pour juillet 2024 afin de partir en famille sur Paris. Les réservations ont été faites il y a plusieurs mois. Je reçois une annulation des réservations aujourd’hui sans aucun motif valable. Malgré mes messages à l’hôtel, aucune réponse de leur part. Service lamentable, si vous voulez être certain de ne pas être à la rue, réservez ailleurs !

Hotel nada recomendable. A la entrada nos encontramos la cama con manchas en las sábanas, arañas en el techo y nos encontramos solo 1 toalla para 2 personas. Nos encontramos también polvo por toda la habitación y falta de higiene. La atención fue inexistente. Fuimos nosotros quienes cambiamos las sábanas y toallas. No volveremos jamás!!!!
