Not bad but always left not working out of Service

Clean rooms, very kind staff. But bed and pillow were not comfortable, and freezer was too noisy.

The facilities were very good, and the breakfast was also very good, but on the first day we arrived and the elevator wasn't working. We stayed for six days, and the fact that the elevator didn't work for six days seems a bit inconsistent, since it's impossible that no one came to fix it in six days. If there were a virus, they would do their job. I didn't have a problem, but climbing nine floors to get to the gym seems a bit crazy, and five more to get to the room. However, the breakfast was very varied and very good, especially for the price.

It's much better than I expected; Paris is really expensive.

Almost perfect in every way. 3 minutes from metro line 13, very clean, very friendly staff. The only downside was the noise which is not related to the soundproofing which is correct but to neighbors who screamed until 2 am...

The location of the hotel is good, but the reception staff is a bit slow in handling the check-in process. The room is average, but the cleanliness is not enough, and the supplies are too simple and incomplete. When the bed is turned over, it makes a sound.

Very welcoming quality service, the rooms are very clean, I recommend it to you.
