Although the scenery was beautiful, the service was average and our room had issues. Our toilet did not flush properly and overflowed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and our carpet was dirty.
For $280, we expected so much better. When we brought our concern to the receptionist, she told us our room was already discounted as if that was all we deserved. She also told us there was nothing she could do for us. Very disappointed as this was getaway for my fiancé’s birthday and our stay was sub standard at best.

The best experience I had was the wine tasting dinner. I also loved the brunch that was served on Saturday. The property is breathe taking and very clean. I will return .

The front desk staff was wonderful. The room could’ve used a vacuum. There was some debris on the carpet. But the hotel was decorated exquisitely for the holidays.

Nice property was beautiful the bar staff was not very helpful kept hearing how they worked on Thanksgiving so they were talking amongst themselves and hard to get there attention to get service at bar and you would ask for items and had to keep asking as she would forget over and over. Ordered breakfast in our room and wrong things were brought and It was cold no fork and knife and no sugar. Loved our message was great wish service was a little better.

It was comfortable and all hotel amenities are easily accessible. What I didn't like about our room 215 was that there was an annoying loud bang coming from just below us like a door slamming every few seconds that lasted untill between 10pm and 11pm.

No bath grab bar or mat in bath tub. Very slippery. Toilet is very low, too. TV Remote control very hard to use and CC doesn’t work.
The dining was excellent and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Staff is very attentive and we really enjoyed our time there.
