The Lodge at Whitehawk Ranch

This is our happy place. It is so serene and quiet! The hiking is fantastic and varied. The accommodations are super comfortable and roomy. The breakfasts ( especially the baked goods) are delicious. We come every year, we have been early in the season May and in June, July, August , September and October when they close. Anytime is a good time to visit.

We have stayed here quite often and each time we stay at this resort if feels like coming home. The staff, the food, the spacious cabins (which really aren't rustic cabins at all...more like single family homes) and the famous front porches for relaxing and viewing a glorious untouched valley. It's the place to unwind and relax!! We love this resort and always feel like family when we visit.

We had a large family (31) reunion and all went amazingly well. Whitehawk had great food, a beautiful pool, well appointed cabins and even pickleball courts. For the kids there was S'mores around the campfire. Nearby fishing, golf, horseback riding and more in nearby Graeagle. Erin made it her mission for us to have a wonderful time and we did!

My wife and i (and our 100 pound dod, Felix) stayed here for six nights and there is much to love. First of all - the Staff! friendly, welcoming, and they all seemed to really love the dogs who came with their owners. could not have been more friendly and helpful. cabins are nicely furnished, with great views and spaced nicely for privacy. dinner was on the pricey side, but very good and creative. We love hiking the Lakes Basin area, so it was a perfect place. to stay. walking the golf course at night, after golfers gone, was beautiful. highly recommend Whitehawk Lodge.

Hidden away near Clio and Graeale is a great Lodge / cabin - restaurant that we love. We go at least once a year. It is a 10-hour drive for us from Orange County CA but worth every minute. Close your eyes and imagine what a lodge should look like in the eastern sierras, and this will be it. Breakfast and dinner served at the lodge with a full bar and a magnificent chef. An amazing championship golf course is also attached, along with a pool and tennis courts. Surrounding the Lodge there are amazing cabins with every convivence including jacuzzi tubs. The staff is amazing - sweet, welcoming and gracious for your every need. Sit on the porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the quietness - wind softly blowing thru the pines or explore 100 lakes and golf courses nearby. Lots of hiking, fishing, - amazing scenery, cute shopping in the tiny town of Graeagle, the pool, the "mill pond" ---you won't be bored unless you wanna be. I love and hate to tell people about this place. I want other people to enjoy it; we love the staff and wish them all the success they can handle- but we want to keep it to ourselves! Ha-ha
