Convenient location in city centre, the room was same as shown on the photos, spacious. Comfortable stay.

Located in the old town. There are many attractions around. However, there is a fee for checking in a few hours in advance.

Stayed here for a friend's birthday when arrived late was checked in by the lovely demi fantastic staff member very bubbly person. When went to room came down to bar served by Dan and Curtis fantastic conversation with them. Nothing too much asked where the best place to go to drink Mal told us some places had a fantastic night will definitely return

Having stayed here several times lately with work it's now my first choice the lodge may be slightly older than others but it's the staff that make my stay enjoyable the always help if I have an issue the night staff are brilliant especially demi who sorted me some food late at night

Staff were fantastic on the night (demi dan and David I think) rooms were excellent value hotel is located close to everything even the carpark is reasonable compared with others in the city, rooms are comfortable but basic. I would recommend,😊

The staff Demi, Dan,Mal and Curtis were so accommodating. We ended up having to stay longer due to a family member being in hospital and the staff sorted our rooms and looked after our luggage without any questions asked. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Newcastle. Thank you Travelodge Staff.
