The lack of a gym for bodybuilding or strength training was the only downside at this hotel. The building shows its age, but should be kept due to its historic significance. Excellent place to stay if you intend to surf. Unfortunately, I was unable to due to high winds. Short walk to the bar at the Hilton just north of here, which you can get into without staying at the Hilton.

The Young lady Ashley at front desk was a pleasure and very professional, she’s also very friendly and polite with quest . My Husband and I had a a one night stay before boarding a cruise and I left my driver’s license and the staff was sufficient and quick retrieving it for me. I would definitely stay again 🙌🏾🙌🏾

We always enjoy staying here before a cruise. We usually are allowed to park at the property and shuttle to the port for a fee but that is apparently not allowed if you book through a third party. There is not a way to add on parking at the desk. That was the only downside to our stay but it worked out great in the end with better parking rates elsewhere and very convenient.

The room that we stayed and had no AC working, and no TV working we called and told them, but it was too late to move us.
He told us they could not help us about any money back because we did not book through them

Aside from the beds being very stuff with very flat pillows, and a light blasting in through the window all night...everything else was great! The room was clean, the pool area was maintained and clean, and breakfast had a decent selection with continuous service to make sure items were filled at the buffet. We would stay again, just with our own pillows and not theirs.

If you can find another place to stay I would advise you do so. The Front desk staff was very friendly at check in. The pictures are not representative of the shape of the property it is worn and needs updating. The room didn't have a shower curtain but one was brought to us immediately after we let them know. There were suspect stains on the chair in the room. Beds were uncomfortable and ac barely worked.
