One of the perfect hotel. Location is convenient for drivers. Resection is super nice they'll do the best for you stay comfortable. You can get free caffe or hot chocolate. Pool is good enough and there is sauna too (you turn on the switch when you use it so it's hard to get warm actually...) Room is tidy and cosy. I want to stay there again.

We had a mixup with our booking (entirely our fault!) and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The room was quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. Rooms at the front of the property get lots of noise from the highway. The microwave in our room was quite dirty and cobwebs were visible in the corners of the room ceilings. Ok overall.

The photos and information overrate the place. We were upgraded to a room below ground level. Outside table and chairs were not clean. AC was in-wall so only on/off at the wall, furniture old and the bed gave us the worst nights sleep we had had in a long time. At 4am Qld time we had had enough and left to come back to Brisbane.

We liked the view from our room. It looked out over the tropical surrounds which made us feel like we were miles away from the highway. The property was quiet despite its location. The staff that greeted us on arrival were friendly and we discovered we had received a free upgrade upon checkin. The room was large, with lovely garden views. But the motel is showing its age, fixtures are all a little dated. It’s just out of the city centre but a short 5-10 minute drive has you at all the tourist attractions and shopping centres or the beach. The room was great for our one night in Coffs.

Very old beds. Not comfortable. Aircon was too small for family size room. Smelly room. Room not cleaned. Stillmusing old style dusty blankets and not modern wuilts. Never stayimg again there. Not worrh the rates.

The bathroom was not clean and this was apparently an upgrade! No hand towels supplied.
They did change our room which we were greatfull for, but seam confused that the room was dirty as there cleaners are so reliable. Apparently not!

I had difficulty finding the hotel as the suburbs had changed and gps wasn’t recognising the address, the receptionist I called in a panic was amazing, she talked me through my anxiety and gave me crystal clear directions. I was there in minutes! Soon arrival she offered me water and made sure I was ok. My room (24) was upstairs and very spacious. The shower head was leaking a bit but that’s ok the pressure was fine. Everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome! If I have to give anything a negative, it would be that the mini fridge was turned to 0, which meant I had to try keep the food and drinks I had in a cooler bag chilled with my melted ice bricks until the fridge was ready to use. Other than that I appreciated the quiet and slept very well! I did not get the chance to jump in the pool, but will definitely be booking again !

Older property but exceptionally well run. I was surprised when my room was cleaned every day - usually the big chains dont even do this!
