Liu Resorts

Liu resort is probably the best hotel I’ve been to. It is our 4th day here and we are so happy we chose Liu. Every employee here is absolutely nice all the time and are doing their best to make the time you are here perfect. The food is always good. Everyone has something that they like to eat. Breakfast is crazy so many different bread and cheese choices. Lunch is my favorite. Burgers, tacos, hotdogs. For dinner they have every day a section with meals from a different county. Paella, Sushi, Tacos, Ramen. The deserts are so delicious you can not stop eating here. If you want to drink something certain, no problem they will make it for you. My favorite thing about this hotel is probably the coffee bar. It’s like a Starbucks. Got me drinking 6 iced lattes a day. The beach is a 3 minute walk but it is a very nice walk. If you don’t want to walk no problem, every 2 minutes there is a golf cart that will pick you up and bring you to the beach. There are 2 bars at the beach one of them makes such delicious and fancy cocktails. The beach is also very nice and clean. The design of the whole hotel is just relaxing. Big thank you to all the employees that are keeping this hotel so clean. Especially the employee that is cleaning our room. It’s always clean and nice. My boyfriend accidentally broke the toilet seat this morning after that we went out to get breakfast and start the day. We just came back to the room and we are both so astonished with the cleaners the seat is already replaced with a new one. She or he changed the seat without us telling them to. We still have 5 days left here but I’m already so sad to leave. We’ll be definitely back here for sure. And also to the wonderful woman in the pink outfit I think her name was Julia or Giulia if I’m wrong I’m sorry but you are so nice. She talked to me on our first day and since then she always asks us how it’s going, how we are and if there is anything that is bothering us. Liu makes your vacation extra unique 😉 I thank every employee with my heart. 🧡

Were waiting more than 15 minutes for the menu, there were no napkins on the table. There is a dress code and it was notification if guests are in slippers or t-shirt their reservation will be cancelled immediately upon entering the restaurant, but almost half of guests did not adhere to the dress code and stuff did nothing with it, so why there is a dress code in the restaurant? Near with us there was a guest who laid down a sofa and was watching movie on his mobile phone and it was OK for the stuff. Thanks for the waitrer, who tried to smooth out the situation.

If your looking for a hotel that just ticks all the boxes, offers the perfect relaxing space and serves up some of the best food then this is it. We knew that we had made the right choice with this resort the minute we arrived, even though it was way past midnight when we reached the hotel we were welcomed with a great smile and brilliant service. Taken to our room and allowed to settle in for a super comfortable nights sleep in modern rooms. The hotel is modern, bright and super clean. The staff are polite and extremely helpful, nothing is too much hassle for them. Special call out to the lovely girl serving drinks on rollerskates, I hope the management reach out and thank her as she a true credit to your hotel. I'f your a foodie then you won't be disappointed there is a huge offering at this resort, and abundance of salad options, fresh fish and grill station offering traditional Meats and breads. There's a lovely beach bar that serves fresh pizzas and easy snacks in the day time. Evenining entertainment has a couple of really good acts especially the Cuban night which was awesome! but some of the DJ sets are a bit boring and sometimes way too loud. Other Plus points. * Good water park which is separate and a great area for kids. * A separate relaxation pool and sun terrace for 16+ which is a great area to relax ands unwind away from younger family's. * Lots of sunbeds and loungers * Great private beach area One thing that we would like to point out and hopefully the managers will look at this. We are npt really drinkers but when away do enjoy a nice coctail but here the drinks taste watered down and bland. Cocktails always seem to be missing something and rely heavily on flavoured syrups rather than good mixed and juices. For something that is sold as all Inc plus and branded spirits this really did dissapont and a few people we met said the same thing.

What an amazing experience!! The perfect relaxing break we needed. The hotel itself was flawless , clean, modern, air conditioned and had everything you could wish for from a high end all inclusive spa resort. Entertainment was great. The staff are amazing, attentive and always have a smile for every customer. Food is outstanding so many dishes to choose from ! I will certainly make plans to return to this resort in the near Future. Special thanks to the young lady (I never caught her name unfortunately) on rollerblades at poolside on the relax pool , she was outstanding, clearly loves her job and really went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed at all times every day ! Thank-you to all staff it’s been a fantastic holiday !!

It is a high standard hotel. Good food, nice room and good service. The service at main restaurant are doing their best to abide by the standard of food as in the beginning of my stay the waiters were slow to clean the tables while now you feel the difference with good service

Very nice place! Kind people, attentive at all your needs. Rooms are clean, like everything else. A lot of tasty food and cocktails. The waiter’s are very nice people and all ways try to fulfill your wishes. Nobody is annoying, so you can enjoy your holiday. Every evening is a new positive experience at the beach club. Amazing place, deserved 5 stars!

They have good cuisine, all food was delicious. Excellent deserts and main dishes. The service was fine! The restaurant have beautiful see view. We have a good evening at this place. There were a live music, a woman played at the piano))))))

Perfect, great trip. Food is awesome with variety of cuisines. They also have a la cart but we were unable to go because of small kids we have. Staff is very friendly and nice. Gamze, Nedim Ozsahines the houswkeepeer And most of servers in the restaurant are very polite and attentive. Thank you guys.

Best staff Gamze and Enis were super friendly and super helpful with everything we needed. The cocktails in Snack bar were 10/10. We were made feel so welcome and like part of the Liu family. Our rooms were super clean and comfy. Rooms were always kept super clean and fridge was restocked when cleaned. You could not find anywhere better. Hotel was big and accommodating but did not feel overcrowded.
