We started the trip with a long wait, well over 1h-1h30m for what was meant to be the express transfer we’d paid extra for; the company (DT transfers) clearly hadn’t organised the transfers prior, as then four un-named mini buses arrived with little organisation as to who went in what one, out of around 30 people. When we eventually arrived at the hotel, it felt very secluded and away from life but the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were disappointed to note we had to pay extra for wifi - this was not noted on the advert and no asterisk* to show it was extra. The room was clean and well equipped and the bed was very large, although only a single duvet for such a large bed between us. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was a big selection but only labels on selected things, so we had no idea what was what for the rest so were a little reluctant to try. We had a Turkish bath and massage and that was wonderful; real time and effort went into this and although more expensive than others away from the hotel, you didn’t feel conned for the price. The staff are quite pushy to attempt to try and make you book more for the rest of the trip. There’s plenty of sun beds and the pools are large. We favoured the pool with the canopy and bar where we loved the iced coffees but be aware, these are alcoholic and not your standard iced coffees! The surrounding area is in noway picturesque. You can see mountains in the distance but nothing photo worthy and the town (a short walking distance over the road) was just discount fakes stores and holiday items; no nice restaurants (from what we found). The beach shuttle came every 10 minutes and we used this daily to get lunch at the beach bar, as there were fresh breads and kebabs every day and seemed a much better option for us for lunches (this is included as part of the hotel). The beach itself was crowded with rows and rows of sunbeds for both this and surrounding hotels and, again, not the most picturesque but pleasant enough. We opted for a boat trip for the river, green canyon and side old town harbour. We did not get to see green canyon and no mention of it either; however we were not left disappointed as Side old town was beautiful and made up for anything else. We wished we stayed in the old town rather than where we did as this was much more of the Turkey we were expecting. The ruins are visible under the glass flooring, views were stunning and such a quaint little town. We actually came back here on the Wednesday because it was so lovely. We were extremely disappointed to find out that there were not as many ala cartes as noted on the online advert and furthermore, you had to pay extra! Again, no mention and no asterisk to show. One of the main reasons we booked this one was based on the food options but overall this was the most disappointing part of our holiday. Lovely place, visited mid November, best season from my pov as I'm not keen for sunburns. Indoor swimming pool open but used outdoor one too a few times. The disco finishes at 11pm, a bit too early from my pov but the reason is older guests might need to rest so makes sense. Only issue at some point we were rushed out from the gym for cleaning but must have been just a one off so not a big deal. Gym is very nice btw! Enough variety of food and amazing is this is being served until 6am, so even if you had a late flight you don't miss your first dinner. Asked for a desk as I needed to do some work, the hotel sent me a small table just enough for me so highly apreciated this! I wish this would have been closer to Antalya but if you are fine withe getting a taxi there and back a couple of times that's just fine as well. Free drinks, alcohol, sweet treats in their cafe, bottled water in the gym, free hot snacks at their swimming pool bar all you need to have a relaxing stay. Paid a very small amount for an ultra all inclussive 5 stars accomodation, will surely visit again!

We were in the hotel for the second time from 23.12 to 2.01 Very pleasant hotel for winter recreation, there is relaxation zone, good food (all kinds of meat, different fish, beautiful desserts, in general, always found something delicious), Very big embankment for a walk in good weather Animation for the winter concept was pleased - every day Darts, evening shows, music. Twice a day in the hall plays a pianist (he is a separate respect!). At first, the cold indoor pool was not liked, but we asked the respiratory to make the water warmer and the problem was quickly resolved. It is good that staff listen to the opinion of the holidaymakers and are always ready to help :) As a result - a good price and quality ratio, hotel on a firm 5

We booked this as a late getaway as we just wanted a week to melt in the sun and eat all inclusive food. I must say if this is what you want then the hotel is fantastic. Couldn’t complain at the food, the weather, the bar staff or the drinks they offered. Sun beds were usually easy to find, although I think maybe in the height of summer this may be more of an issue. We were the only English speakers at the hotel, which wasn’t really an issue as we just kept ourselves to ourselves, but it is definitely predominantly Germans and various other Europeans. Be prepared to hold your ground in a drinks queue as lots of guests tried to bypass the queue. The rooms were lovely and when we wanted it cleaned they were cleaned to a high standard. The night entertainment was very poor. We ended up just sitting on the very nice balcony and having drinks each night, as when we went to the first couple of entertainment shows, they were both painful. I would warn anyone going to be wary of people trying to sell you things everywhere you look. The photo booth people are the worst. They are rude, pushy, and the whole experience was horrible for us. Their sales tactic very much resembled bullying, and my partner left the shop feeling very upset, despite having spent quite a lot of money. I assumed a customer who spent lots of money would be treated a bit better, but as soon as the card was accepted, we are instantly dismissed and it was like we didn’t even exist to them. I would have had a much nicer time if the photo booth shop was not in the hotel, and I believe they have made a return to this hotel impossible for us unfortunately. This is a real shame as 90% of the hotel was fantastic. A smaller issue I had was perhaps me being picky - but I got an awful vibe off the general manager of the hotel. Whenever I saw him he was seeing rude to staff. One occasion we were sat at a table eating our lunch (waiting for a member of staff to come and ask us what drinks we would like). The GM strolls into the dining room and picks a table that was barely used (despite there being plenty of unused clean tables surrounding him). He snapped his fingers and gestured to a member of staff to come and clean his table immediately, no thank you - and then barked his drinks order, which again was met with no thank you once it was brought to him. I don’t think I saw him praise or thank a single member of staff all week. It’s not a big detail and it didn’t affect us but it just stuck with me. Overall the hotel was perfect for what we wanted our holiday to be, but if you look for a little more than melting in the sun with a few beers for a week, I would maybe look elsewhere.

Отдыхали в отеле в июле 2022-го года с ребёнком 6 лет. В целом, понравилось. Когда дали номер на 1-м этаже, немного расстроились, но в итоге всё отлично получилось. У нас было очень тихо. При этом столовая и бассейн были под боком. Вид на забор, за которым пустырь. Неживописно, но нормально. Один раз поздно вечером к нам приходил ёжик) Когда через несколько дней предложили переселить повыше, мы отказались) Пляж отличный. Лежаки всегда были в наличии. Заход в море хороший. Пляж находится не близко, но особых неудобств не было. Утром и вечером постоянно ходил автобус. Несколько раз добирались пешком. Кафе рядом с пляжем, действительно, находится не совсем рядом с пляжем, как сказано в других отзывах, но некритично далеко. У бассейна найти лежаки проблематично, если приходить не рано. Мы обычно находили один лежак на троих, потом купались и в процессе обрастали доп. лежаками. Горки – супер, сыну понравилось. В отеле отличный массаж. В соседних здания видели дешевле, но и в отеле цены приемлемые. В этот приезд экскурсии не брали. Ездили самостоятельно посмотреть античный Сиде. Рядом с отелем ходит маршрутка. На маршрутке и обратно добрались. Летали на парашюте втроём на пляже. Понравилось, но очень долго всё было) Пришлось прятаться от полицейского катера и ждать, когда они уедут. Детский клуб в отеле – огонь. Сын не хотел иногда идти на пляж, хотел быть в клубе «Тукан». Были русскоязычные аниматоры с детьми. Анимация стандартная для турецких отелей. Играли в «Бинго», но ничего не выиграли как обычно). Ходили на шоу – всё стандартно и, в основном, интересно. Понравилось шоу, где ребята на велосипедах всякие трюки делали, а вот танцевальные шоу были слабоваты в этот раз. Еда отличная и разнообразная. На ужине сложно найти место на улице – надо приходить сильно рано или сильно поздно. Но очередей нет. Плюс перекус есть постоянно. Лепёшки пекут и у бассейна, и в кафе на пляже. Алкоголь нормальный, но не блестящий. Вино невкусное. Пили джин-тоник, который обычно сносный в турецких отелях. В баре рядом с ресепшн наливали иностранный виски – приятно. Ходили в ресторан аля-карт. Еда не особо впечатлила, но один вечер было прикольно поесть не с шведским столом. В целом, рекомендую!

Great hotel 👍 Of course there are some shortcomings, but these are minor things for me. I don’t know who had bad Wi-Fi there, but it worked perfectly for me in every corner, all three weeks of my stay at the hotel. Also great on the beach. And even a hundred meters from the hotel. There was no smell. The room was excellent, no neighbors disturbed us. Silence. The side is not sunny, towards the road. A large loggia seems to be fenced off from neighboring balconies. The mini bar was replenished daily. Water can be taken at any hotel and beach bar, or at a restaurant. Food, drinks and alcohol until 6 am. Safe is free. Everything is very clean: in the room, on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, in common areas. The beach is incomparable, the sea is clean, warm, without slabs or pebbles, only sand. Snack bar on the beach. They also bake güzleme there. The beach is nearby, a 10-minute walk along a flat sidewalk, or a shuttle that runs more often than scheduled, from early morning until evening. The pool is great too. The bar is half submerged in the pool, very convenient. The food is top notch. Very varied. Themed dinners. Various snacks. Thanks to the chef🙌🙌🙌🙏, I personally controlled all processes not only in the main restaurant, but also in the beach bar. I often prepared certain dishes in the hall, mesmerizing with my skill. The freshest pastries. Meat and fish were grilled right before our eyes. Rolls and salads too. And yes, almost all vacationers are Germans. The staff speaks and understands German, English is much worse. I would definitely return to this hotel!

When we arrived it looked as beautiful as the photos. When we got to the check In desk we was told that only 2 out of 4 of our rooms was available and the other two would be ready the next day, as they had overbooked! My daughter & her partner had to share a family room with her brothers who are also in their 20s. We was then told there was a late night buffet for guests who arrive late in the night, when we had walked down to the restaurant & we had found it was left over hot food that’s was now cold from dinner service which had not been covered and had flies buzzing around them. We had to leave the hotel to Find a restaurant so we could eat. Throughout our first full day we found that this hotel is not Intrested in English families and refuse to help with even the slightest request, I had asked if we could join two dinner tables together so my family would be together and was refused, seconds later a German family had asked for the same thing and the waiters in the restaurant done it for them instantly, we was all given paper place mats on our tables but the German and Russian families tables were Always fully dressed with everything waiting for them. As far a food it’s manageable but ends up being the same food throughout the whole week, we all preferred the 12:00 snack bar as the food was a lot better than the restaurant itself. If you would like a sun bed by the pool I would strongly advice you to be out of your rooms with your towels at 06:00am as your unable to get them if you leave it until later in the day even though we are all told we cannot reserve sun beds until 08:00am this applies for the private beach also. If your looking for cocktails your best to go out of the hotel as my family throughout the whole week had watched bartenders pour our half of the spirit bottles and top them back off with tap water, my son had pointed this out and told the barman he would like a fresh bottle opened as he didn’t want to drink the water from the taps, the barman then became extremely rude and refused to serve him, when this was brought up to the hotel manager who was normally quite polite and helpful he very rudely and abruptly shushed my son and waved him away. We then had noticed Germans and Russians who had asked for an alcoholic drink was being served from different alcohol bottles that were hidden out of sight from the bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and I certainly wouldn’t be returning.

I stayed in this hotel in April 2022 and loved my stay very much. They have a lot of facilities to make use of. Besides multiple pools you have a Gym, multiple Tennis courts a Basketball court and multiple Soccer fields. Besides being active in one of the facilities you can also relax with ”mild” animation. The beach is very well maintained and there is plenty of space and a good distancing between the sun beds. I found the food delicious and the variarity is large. Everyone will find something delicious to eat. One the beach you can have Hamburges and Hot Dogs from lunch to ~ 6 pm. There is Wifi in the whole hotel with good reception. (I was able to use my FireTV stick and watch Netflix.) Even on the pool area you have Wifi ...writing my review on my last day here from that area. On the beach you have Wifi reception in the two bar houses Is all perfect? No of course not, but it's minor ... for instance the toilet flush was the worst I ever experienced. But those are minor things. I would definitely staz here again.

At the peak of the pandemic in mid-October 2020, this hotel showed its best performance in terms of preventive measures and handling of premises and grounds. All employees strictly wear masks and gloves, and a large amount of disinfectant will not help. All tableware is packed in a separate bag with wet and dry napkins, salt, pepper and toothpicks. Separate sugar and tea/coffee sticks. The quality of the buffet is very high (food/food), the only thing only the hotel staff can put on the plate, all the dishes on offer are placed behind the glass. The only thing that melts is the spa, which is very tired and there is no indoor pool. Overall, this hotel deserves one star.

So, we arrived in the early hours and were checked in swiftly. The room was smaller than we expected but was OK as we had the pool view. There isn't much to do around the hotel apart from the beach which was also OK, however; the beach bar was not operating due to the weather. The weather wasn't great so we spent most of our time in the hotel lobby or restaurant but, the temperature in the hotel was so cold as rhe air conditioning was constantly on - there was no need for it! The staff at the spa were awesome, especially Jad. He was welcoming and recommended the best massages. He went over and above during our stay by assisting me with the help of the doctor as I had hurt myself. He always made time for us and made sure we were looked after and comfortable. Jad checked in on me several times a day when I was on my own to make sure I was OK. He really is a huge credit to this hotel! Thank You so much Jad!! The food was OK although I would have preferred more variety. Apparently, the time of year played a part in the food choices as there wasn't a lot of people staying at the hotel. A major issue we experienced was the excruciatingly loudness from the evening entertainment in the lobby!! Our rooms were upstairs from the lobby so there was no sound barrier. The music and entertainment went on until the early hours and there was way we could sleep. It was unbearable!! Be mindful if you like your sleep and have children as this would hinder your holiday massively!! Overall, our stay was ok and if I was to return, it would mainly be due to Jad as he was the highlight!!

A tireless walk is required to get to the beach. The beach is perfect, sandy, sea-free entrance. The lying ladies haven't used, but they are enough. In the room are good beds, medium tough mattresses, comfortable, lingerie clean, pillows low, one per person and their time to replace. It is bad that there are no curtains, only tulle, in the rooms with the view to the pool very bright at night, the refrigerator is noisy (disabled), something periodically noises in the tubes, in general the quality of sleep is so for itself, especially if you take into account that to 24.00 music. On food here already gave advice to eat what you prepared. Excellent advice, used. Wash fruit - again thank you for the advice, actual (see photo)! In general, food is estimated at 4, eating always finds that, quite acceptable assortment, especially for the October price 🙂 Coffee, tea, ice cream and alcohol unexpectedly good 🤠 Officials in general polite, nothing bad can't say, As well as good, however. In general for such money is quite acceptable option. If you have come to the sea - your option, for the service ... well, it is unlikely.

I was with my family in this hotel from July 21 to August 1, 2022. The hotel corresponds to 5 stars. The beach is clean, the sea entrance is super, the lying is at any time . The pool also always has lying. Food super: Meat in diversity, sweets are lots, vegetables, fruits, everything in abundance. Constantly add everything. From tables are very quickly cleaned. We remained very happy. We would like to thank the hotel staff for the warm reception and hospitality: staff at the bar, in the restaurant, Hasan beat thank you for helping and Alme GR.

A tireless walk is required to get to the beach. The beach is perfect, sandy, sea-free entrance. The lying ladies haven't used, but they are enough. In the room are good beds, medium tough mattresses, comfortable, lingerie clean, pillows low, one per person and their time to replace. It is bad that there are no curtains, only tulle, in the rooms with the view to the pool very bright at night, the refrigerator is noisy (disabled), something periodically noises in the tubes, in general the quality of sleep is so for itself, especially if you take into account that to 24.00 music. On food here already gave advice to eat what you prepared. Excellent advice, used. Wash fruit - again thank you for the advice, actual (see photo)! In general, food is estimated at 4, eating always finds that, quite acceptable assortment, especially for the October price 🙂 Coffee, tea, ice cream and alcohol unexpectedly good 🤠 Officials in general polite, nothing bad can't say, As well as good, however. In general for such money is quite acceptable option. If you have come to the sea - your option, for the service ... well, it is unlikely.

We lived in Oyster for 18 days. Family with a 4-year-old child. And it was the type that we needed to give. Calm as on the dacha :) the hotel is very small. The room has everything you need. More walking 10 minutes (we and the child) through the most beautiful flower venue. Beach is sandy, great entering water. Ledges, overhead. There is a rental car nearby, good and with pleasant prices. There are no restaurants nearby (Titanic is terrible, don't go), but it is not a problem, as you can eat at the hotel - the cook cooks quite delicious. From the stores nearby - sec, everything you need there can be bought. Migros minutes 10-15 on the car. We were taken there by the host sometime. The host of the Mustafa hotel is a real gift! Very friendly, hospitality and soulful. It will do everything for your comfortable stay and your calmness. Therefore, all the time we did not leave the feeling of care and warmth.

Very friendly, hospitality and soulful. It will do everything for your comfortable stay and your calmness. Therefore, all the time we did not leave the feeling of care and warmth.

We lived in Oyster for 18 days. Family with a 4-year-old child. And it was the type that we needed to give. Calm as on the dacha :) the hotel is very small. The room has everything you need. More walking 10 minutes (we and the child) through the most beautiful flower venue. Beach is sandy, great entering water. Ledges, overhead. There is a rental car nearby, good and with pleasant prices. There are no restaurants nearby (Titanic is terrible, don't go), but it is not a problem, as you can eat at the hotel - the cook cooks quite delicious. From the stores nearby - sec, everything you need there can be bought. Migros minutes 10-15 on the car. We were taken there by the host sometime. The host of the Mustafa hotel is a real gift! Very friendly, hospitality and soulful. It will do everything for your comfortable stay and your calmness. Therefore, all the time we did not leave the feeling of care and warmth.

I was with my family in this hotel from July 21 to August 1, 2022. The hotel corresponds to 5 stars. The beach is clean, the sea entrance is super, the lying is at any time . The pool also always has lying. Food super: Meat in diversity, sweets are lots, vegetables, fruits, everything in abundance. Constantly add everything. From tables are very quickly cleaned. We remained very happy. We would like to thank the hotel staff for the warm reception and hospitality: staff at the bar, in the restaurant, Hasan beat thank you for helping and Alme GR.

First of all I cannot believe some of the negative comments on here. 5* Star Hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of good food. Lovely clean relaxing room. Beautiful and clean pools, the tiles are a bit slippery with out flip flops! Only recommendation I would give is to get a group of singers or dancers a couple of evenings a week for entertainment, but that's my preference. Applause to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

A tireless walk is required to get to the beach. The beach is perfect, sandy, sea-free entrance. The lying ladies haven't used, but they are enough. In the room are good beds, medium tough mattresses, comfortable, lingerie clean, pillows low, one per person and their time to replace. It is bad that there are no curtains, only tulle, in the rooms with the view to the pool very bright at night, the refrigerator is noisy (disabled), something periodically noises in the tubes, in general the quality of sleep is so for itself, especially if you take into account that to 24.00 music. On food here already gave advice to eat what you prepared. Excellent advice, used. Wash fruit - again thank you for the advice, actual (see photo)! In general, food is estimated at 4, eating always finds that, quite acceptable assortment, especially for the October price 🙂 Coffee, tea, ice cream and alcohol unexpectedly good 🤠 Officials in general polite, nothing bad can't say, As well as good, however. In general for such money is quite acceptable option. If you have come to the sea - your option, for the service ... well, it is unlikely.
