First 15 mins in my room the alarm system goes off for 45 mins. (Someone stated that they were testing it) but I believe they should have announced first that they were going to do a false alarm fire drill instead of after the fact. Second, I’m approached by the front desk assistant, who had mentioned that they had a key lockdown, so she(he) had to reactivate the key. Later finding out that the first Rep didn’t assigned my key to the correct reservation. Stayed at the front desk for about 30-45 mins trying to figure out what happened. Honestly worst experience. They have people working that have no type of common sense and lack professionalism.
