On arrival we were given a room with the smallest bed ever, soon was re allocated another room with a king bed. Room was clean and tidy. No complaints. There was a group of ten playing music by the pool for three hours, but it was Spanish salsa type and all were having a good time, so we joined them. Breakfast good. Different hot dish on our two day visit. Wi fi good. Our room was on the rear so no road noise. We enjoyed our stay.

I have read a lot of reviews before booking and yes there is truth to some of them. 1. When you go into your room-they all smell like the rooms near a beach in a motel built in the 80s. There is a damp smell that is overpowering. They appear to have the original wall A/C that is the culprit. We bought Febreze and it was fine after a few sprays. 2. Clearly is has been recently renovated and the finishes were clearly slapped on without any inspection from the superintendent. 3. The hallway was reported to be dirty and clearly never vacuumed. The entire time we were there we did not hear the hallway being vacuumed in our 2 days stay. 3. Bugs reported by many. None. Florida is riddled with palmetto roaches and maybe they were seen before. We saw none. 4. Like with any hotel stay: ask to see your room first before checking in and pull back the covers. The front desk staff gladly obliged this request. 5. The bed was comfortable and the room was worth the value. 6. Breakfast area was small for the amount of people eating. The eggs are clearly powdered. Cracker Barrel is nearly adjacent to the hotel so we headed there for breakfast. 7. Hotel is 22 min from the Naples pier. Publix down the road as well. 8. Join the IMG program and get a feee snack at check in. Would stay again and just bring Febreze.

We've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

When we got to the hotel, there was no one out in front to help with luggages, when asked about this, the front desk stated ”there are no bell hops, but over there is a luggage cart for you if you need one.” Thanks for the help bud! During the ensuing few days, during breakfast we were charged the full amount for a continental buffet style breakfast (20/adult, 10/child) but there were no eggs, bacon, and/or sausage served at any of the stations. There was one employee at the omelet station manning up to 4 pans simultaneously to cook for all the guests and customers, which was obviously overburdening. We spent 3 days at the pool, only 1 out of those 3 days was there any wait staff to take our drink orders, other days we had to walk up to the bar ourselves to obtain any sort of beverage or service. Lastly, even though there were no wait staff circulating the pool area, one guest was able to become so intoxicated (quite amazing due to lack of staff) that he ventured into the hot tub while inebriated and passed out. It was only because of his friend who was present to pull him out of the pool while me and other guests yelling for help then going downstairs in person to provide medical assistance that we avoided a tragedy on premise. The highlight of the trip was the wonderful team of housekeeping staff that always were courteous and professional, offering additional assistance when asked. Kudos to the team and being the shining start of an otherwise underwhelming experience. This place was a mess. I understand it was after hurricane Ian and staff might have been depleted, but if you are unable to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, then take a page from JW Marriott down the street and cancel the reservations and offer compensation to your guests rather than rolling the dice!

DDennisThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

GGuest UserMy family loved this little garden paradise in the middle of the city. The gardens surrounding our room where beautiful and we loved the large and comfortable space around the pool. We had fun having a family shuffle board contest in the morning after enjoying a light continental breakfast. The room was not fancy but was very clean and offered plenty of space and storage for my family of 4. We loved having a small kitchen to make light meals or snacks. The staff were very accommodating with any requests we had.

Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that

GGuest UserI stayed at the Naples residence Inn for three weeks. I felt like I was home. The management greets and hangs out with all the guests Monday through Friday at breakfast. They take care of all concerns. The hotel is clean. The king suites are a great size. The location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful I can’t wait to go back next year!

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel. You can tell the workers care. It is clean and the continental breakfast is terrific. With 3 restaurants on the property, we did not have to leave. The pool was lovely Friday, but when we got back on Saturday after our cruise, the music was mind blowingly loud. There were two birthdays being celebrated and the front desk made it sound like the DJ was hired for them. It was so loud that the kids needed to scream at each other in the pool just to be heard. She promised it would stop at 5 and it did. But that meant no nap for the adults or the kiddoes. The front desk told us that it is EVERY Saturday (meaning not for the party but hired by the hotel) and on Sundays the Karaoke begins at 11 am. If I were here with work friends for a loud, binge drinking dance party, I would love it. But for family or couples it was a bit much. We did have a package that was very reasonable and included 2 night , breakfast each day and a dinner for two at any of the places to eat. We tried the hibachi which was great. Just need reservations which you can make on arrival. They have a terrific pizza place with a bar and Harolds which is poolside pub grub. Terrific as well despite the noise form the DJ. I would stay here again and just know what I was getting into.

PPEREZClean room and confortable bed. Friendly staff. Check in is until 11 pm. There was no breakfast due to covid-19. We didnt use the pool but it looks nice and clean. There is an ice machine. The hotel is very close to beautiful beaches. In general it was a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd time in this hotel and we will come back.
