The room size is OK, but the bed is too small, only 0.9 meters wide. There is no king-size bed room, only two 0.9 meters wide beds put together. The service attitude is very average. The waiters flirted and joked during work hours. The management is too poor. The breakfast variety is pitiful. We stayed for 6 days, and we could hardly eat it in the last three days. It was all cold dishes. Not recommended

The hotel's hygiene, facilities and services are all acceptable. But its location is great! The transportation is very convenient. It's just a few steps to the pedestrian street. There is a supermarket REWE, a bank, many restaurants, and a Chinese fast food restaurant next to it. Unfortunately, it was Carnival, and many restaurants were closed. The Chinese fast food restaurant was also closed for a break. It is said that their roast duck is delicious and cheap.

wir buchen immer wieder dieses Hotel, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Einfaches aber sauberes Hotel / Zimmer. Frühstückszeit ist schön lang bis 10.30 Uhr. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber gut. Die Brötchen werden immer wieder frisch aufgebacken nachgelegt. Das Küchenpersonal achtet auf ordentliche Tische. Wir reisen immer mit der Bahn an, funktioniert gut. Fussweg ca. 12 Minuten. Auch die Straßenbahn nach Köln ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.

Wie so ein Hotel 3 Sterne haben kann ist mir fraglich! Ich würde es auch mehr als Hostel statt Hotel bezeichnen. Mitarbeiter machen den Eindruck das sie keine Lust haben, haben kopfhörer im Ohr sind unmotiviert, Freundlichkeit scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Parkplatz ist Vollkatastrophe man muss irgendwo auf der Hauptstrasse parken. Einmal und nie wieder

This hotel is a really good place to stay and with a good breakfast. Clean rooms, quiet, good reception staff and lovely housekeeping staff. Very good connection to the airport. Thank you to all the staff.

Staff excellent, but smell of cigarettes was strong we had to change rooms, area a bit noisy

Mäßiger Zustand des Hotels, vor dem Zimmerfenster war eine Lampe angebracht, aber ein verdunkelnder Vorhang fehlte, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt und die Hoteltiefgarage ist eine Zumutung (ich konnte sie nicht benutzen), beim check in wurde mir der Schlüssel für ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgehändigt, obwohl ich ein Doppelbett gebucht habe, also wieder zur Rezeption und Zimmer wechseln (mit Gepäck immer ein Aufwand)

Staying one night here with my partner, guy at reception was very nice, and the room is comfy, breakfast included!

Het ontbijt was super en het personeel ook heel vriendelijk. De kamer ook prima en schoon. Alleen de kussens vond ik echt niet fijn. De oarjeergarage is een uitdaging, kkein en nauw. Wat me opviel bij het inchecken: we moesten € 1,55 betalen, contant.. volgens de medewerker betrof dit 'Gemeindegebur'.... dit bedrag kon niet worden gepind en we ontvingen geen nota... vreemd...
