Make sure you check your spam folder for the confirmation email. When I arrived there was no way to alert staff inside that I had arrived. Turns out there was an access code in my spam folder. Didn't really see any actual hostel staff my whole stay. One nice volunteer gave me my key and that was that. Room was fine. Beds have their own plug sockets and privacy curtains which is nice. But the place is in need of some TLC.
