Love this hotel. Staff is great . Brkfst is full buffet style n my pets r always allowed

Found this place on trip.com, and what a pleasant surprise! The building is probably a mix of 60s and 80s constitution but the rooms have been updated a time or two it appears. The big surprise was the large atrium w excellent in house dining. We had a party of 9 which was no problem for dinner or breakfast the following morning in the large dining areas w/ in the atrium. Both the meals were excellent and the wait staff was a pleasure at both (rare these days). Stop ngly advise for families looking for all in one convenience, room to spread out, and lots of amenities. Fyi, there’s even a pool and a large central fire place in the atrium, neither of which were we able to take advantage of (this time).

Location is great. Property is dated but nice . Staff is excellent, rooms are clean, and complimentary breakfast is above and beyond any others ive found. Am a repeat customer and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit old, the air conditioner is loud and a bit noisy, and it is affordable and complete with supporting facilities.

Value for money hotel. Most come to see the Garden of the Gods. The room was very clean and the coffee served a variety of flavours. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. There is a swimming pool in the hall. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub is also big.

Amazing breakfast with omellete station, the wifi can be improved but the rooms were amazing and parking is easy

Each time we stay we are delighted. (Usually once per year on the way south). The staff is excellent and friendly. We almost stayed somewhere else this trip and are so glad that we didn't. The breakfast staff was also great.

Staff was not knowledgeable about the laundry, or exercise room. Quality of breakfast food was poor.

This was a super hotel. The rooms were large, very clean, and comfortable. The bar has a pool table and the area outside the bar can seat a large crowd. The breakfast was an added surprise..omelets made to order, a variety of choices. There is an indoor poo also. Recommend this property highly!

From the moment I checked in - Emily was kind & helpful . The property is well maintained / beautiful aesthetics!!! Great for a couple to enjoy the dining experience/ bar & sit by the fire in the lounge area . I’m traveling alone , feel very safe . Definitely a hotel I’ll recommend & stay at again during my travels . My opinion- this is better than any other chain hotel. . Affordable - rooms very clean - not one stain on the carpet , furniture is new with zero damage & most important- the beds comfortable. I extended my stay because I was so pleased & Meghan at the front desk was very kind as well . Love this property !!!

The check in was fast. Very unique hotel. Wish the restaurant had more of a variety. Pool is neat.

Check in was amazing, check out was terrible. Kid behind the counter was stoned off his bum and couldn't relay basic information. I finally got so frustrated I walked away

Employees were very friendly and the free breakfast is amazing they have a buffet style breakfast with an omelette bar.

The breakfast was outstanding, and even included an omelette bar. The lobby is quite nice. The room heating and air conditioning unit was quite noisy.
