Everything was good.. only concern was not being told about the fees for parking etc.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. When I plugged my charger into the wall, I discovered an overwhelming amount of dust and trash behind the dresser. It actually made me sneeze for a few minutes. It was also disappointing to see holes that were covered with wall joint, but not painted. Looked very unprofessional. The location was very good based on the events I was attending, but the room itself needed some more TLC.

The worse embassy suites I’ve been in.  My husband is Hilton member so we decided to take the kids here for a fun one night trip Outside of the outdated room, which isn’t a that big of a deal, here are issues we ran into: -running toilet all night  -bathroom door is broken and won’t close  -no towels at the pool. When asked, we were told no one washed the towels  -there is currently a plan singing on top of his lunges in the lobby and the the staff isn’t doing anything about it, it’s after 10pm and has been going on for hours  -we asked for extra bedding before check in and had to ask two more times before receiving any I will be reaching out to the manager  We won’t stay here again. Too many other Hotel options.

Visited there on business. The 2nd floor king suite I stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture was dingy and outdated. The staff: from the front desk clerks to the bartender at cocktail hour were all rude and unwelcoming. There was a time where Embassy Suites was the pinnacle of excellence in hospitality and amenities. That is long gone. Sad to see such a great franchise go down so badly.
