Did not mention it is renovating pool. Pool was being used as a storage room. Keys had to be reactivated daily. Located between many closed business left bad impression.

When we arrived to the hotel, the person was having difficulty checking guests in. Computer issues was all she said. The first room wasn't much... Old, stained carpets, broken down dresser, the T.V. didn't work. They are renevating and obviously didn't start with the first floor. We were switched to the third floor, and all was great. It was like a different hotel. Breakfast area was clean, and a good selection of hot or cold breakfast. Staff was very accomodating.

The decorative scarf on the bed had a blood-stained hand print, the wires for the built-in lamp on the bed-side were exposed and taped together, the wire on the blow dryer was melted, and there was a very large rust stain running from the handle on the shower wall to the tub. The door had a big gap even with it being locked. I didn't notice anything else after seeing the bloodstain I was done. I slept there because I didn't have a choice that night. I would have slept in my rental car, but the parking lot was very sketchy. The front desk staff was friendly but told me they had problems keeping cleaning staff. This was NOT a staff problem.

was very pleasantly surprised at the rooms and the comfort level attributed to guests. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok as they go in hotels. Staff was great.

The Comfort Inn met our needs for our visit to the area. We found the room to be clean and comfortable and the staff to be helpful. The food was also good. We did see that the facility needs updating and maintenance. The area felt safe but food was limited.

The hotel was in the middle of a renovation - including the interior hallways and room. This was not disclosed when making the reservations. Created a musty and dank environment

I have a recommendation-we are being asked to not change the towels everyday. That was okay but there are not enough towel hooks for the wet towels to be hung. Also we assumed that the garbage would be cleared out each day along with the floor being vacuumed and that did not happen.

There were sketchy people hanging outside and inside the lobby and the staff didn’t do anything about it.

The staff, all of the staff we met, were so nice, friendly and helpful-cheerful-it was such a great visit for our son's graduation from BCT at Fort Jackson!!!

Staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Location was perfect

Very run down and room was quite grubby, needed a real good clean.

Not terrible. Good place to stay for a quick turnaround.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in years! Cari was amazing and very helpful, property was clean and quiet! Highly recommend this location...the entire staff will take care of you. Loved my stay and experience here from check in to check out!
