We had a beautiful 1 night stay! The hotel is very nice with multiple places to sit and relax. Wonderful coffee shop; great drinks; the bed was comfortable and room was clean. My bf and I couldn’t stop talking about how nice the entire hotel SMELLED. We were on the 6th floor and as the elevator doors open you’re treated with a beautiful sitting area and such a nice scent? Strangely nice lol.

Overall we loved our stay. The suite we stayed in had a view of the city, I only wished the window had been clean to make the view a little better. Our suite had a soaking tub which was amazing. There is a $20 a day service fee (they give you a card that tell you all you get because of the $20 service fee) and parking is $45 a night or you can pay "lower" fee to park 2 blocks away and drag your luggage to the hotel.

The atmosphere ia nice, except our room was on the 7th floor, so w could hear noise form the rooftop bar even though our room was supposed to be “soundproof”. Also dining options are scarce for the capacity of the hotel. All restaurants had a 2hr. Plus wait on Saturday night.

This hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. Great location being next to COSI and a quick walk/uber to downtown/short north area and arena district.

The mattresses are terrible. 2 people in a king bed and we both rolled to the middle, no support and they are very loud. Small child on bunk bed sounded like they were going to fall through every time they rolled over.
They need to be replaced. Room 319, go lay in the bed and see how bad it is.

Unique property with plenty to do. We stopped in for a quick overnight getaway and were not disappointed. Several options for food and drinks and the room perfectly appointed. We will be back again.
