I never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.

Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! It was a surprise to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very new and is a serviced apartment. Breakfast is good, there is a sofa bed in addition to the big bed. Internet TV is very good and the room is very comfortable overall. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, tableware, etc. The hotel can also buy food, fruits and vegetables. There is no need to pay a deposit and you can check out until 1pm. Overall very satisfied, next time you must book in advance, live for a few more days.

The hotel impressed with its elegant decor and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The on-site amenities, including fitness center, added to the overall experience, its a solid choice for those seeking a blend of luxury and convenience.

The first was very clean and quit. the woman at the desk was very nice. The second time I asked for the woman who helped me and was told wasn't around, the guy was nice and he gave me the same deal the woman did , but could not give me the same room. The room I got smelled so bad, I just happened to have some Lysol in my car and was able to get rid of the smell. The ran all night and it was really loud. they only reason was because it was really cheap. I went back a third time and they was another man and again asked for the woman that helped me the first time. He told me that he handles all the guests and would not tell me why she was not available. I told him the deal she gave and the other gentleman gave me. He did care, they had a pricing system and he told me the price. I told him I had Triple a and I know I can get a discount with being a member. He gave me 10% off the cost of the room. I then told the issues I had the last time I stayed. He assured me that I would not have any problems with my room. As I went to my car to get my stuff, I notice a woman ran up to my room and opened the door. She was trying to air out my room so I would smell anything when I walked in. Great service ah. I get into the room and I went to the bathroom an the toilet was clogged. I called down to the desk and the same guy told me that someone would be up shortly to fix it. I waited about 20 minutes and when the maintenance man got there , he thought the sink was clogged and was not prepared to repair the toilet. There was already a plunger in the bathroom so he just plunged it. I told him I already did that, but he claimed that he fixed it. later that night I went to use the toilet and it almost overflowed. He did not fix it, so I could flush it anymore during my stay. and nobody was at the desk when I called. Then to make matters worse after I took a shower I went to use the hair dryer and it started on fire, yes I saw flames. I immediately turned it off and just laid it on the counter. Nobody was at the desk and I didn't know what to do. I had to go to a Sheetz and use the hand dryer to dry my hair. Later that day I called the desk and the guy I dealt with the day before answered. I complained and he didn't seem to care I told him I was not going to pay for a new dryer and I better not get charged.

We used reward points for this stay and it was a great value. The hotel was easily accessible off the interstate and was close to a mall; and a Costco was located across the street. We asked for a two queen bed suite and the room was outstanding. We had lots of room, a couch, and two flat screen televisions. There were plenty of plugs for our electronic devices and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I would give this hotel a 6 plus if allowed.

The hotel is great but little expensive, I had some trouble with one of their new worker, he is not professional and terrible at explaining.
