Such fantastic accommodations. All the restaurants were excellent! The location was great…we walked to Old San Juan and back twice. They kept our room clean and supplied with complimentary water and snacks—even had turn down service with sweets left on the nightstand every evening.

Thank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area.

The hotel is an old hotel that has been open for many years. The large terrace on the sea side is very nice.

Beautiful property, excellent service and spectacular views. This property
is is a rare gem putting outstanding service first. We were treated like VIP even though we were far from the wealthiest guest there. The spa was incredible offering champagne before and during treatments. If you are looking for high end accommodations and exquisite dining then this is hotel for you.

I absolutely love this property with one exception. I wish they would only allow adults in the infinity pool, parents bring their kids to splash and make noise in such a little space and you really don't have peace and quiet. We had to move to another area

I wouldn’t recommend it. Overpriced at a minimum. We found a roach in our room, the WiFi was unusable, and the TV didn’t function. Temperature control was poor, and the only floor fan they had to help was broken. At least they refunded the resort fee for the last night, but absolutely not worth it.

Given how had booked from *******, the room was a rectangle with 2 queen beds with zero view… Room 544. There was a tiny window in one corner which barely showed the ocean …. Tge view of pooping pigeons was right in my face as soon as I opened the window…. The cleaning & restaurant staff were courteous. Given Inpaid big $$$ for the stay, VERY disappointed with the stay/room
