The air conditioning in the room didn't seem very clean, leaving a slight odor."

Also great is that you get access to a free beach chair and umbrella. That was a nice surprise! / the beach is a dream. Staff were also excellent."

"The hotel was absolutely terrible. They said they'd clean after 4 PM, but when I checked in, the toilet paper was just stuffed haphazardly in the bathroom. Is this how Hilton's staff behave? It's shameful. The room was small, and the noise was unbearable. The hallway and the street were noisy even at night. The soundproofing was poor, and the hotel didn't seem to care. The air conditioning noise severely affected my sleep. The service was also awful. When I called to ask for blankets or other items, it took over ten minutes to get them, and I had to call two or three times. It's shameful. Does this hotel even deserve to be called Hilton?"

"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."
