B&B San Francesco

Structure for mediocre quality/price ratio: a room furnished with old furniture and reduced to a minimum. Poor breakfast with discount products and already partly consumed: an old recycled tart. Owner absent and not very kind and professional in providing information and in a hurry to receive payment. The reception at the check was approximate and with an impractical employee. Evaluation on Booking out of reality: excessively positive opinions! Highly not recommended!!!

In the very center of Cortona, very suggestive and particular, the rooms are created from a wing of the church of San Francesco... very humble environments and rooms that reflect the place a bit. Negative note is that it is reported with the presence of air conditioning in the rooms, but the only thing present is an old noisy ceiling fan that does not cool anything, we spent the night sleepless due to the too hot

Really very clean room, exceptional location for being in the center I didn't hear a tumor, except the bells at 7.. but then again San Francesco... Beatrice very kind, in the morning she brings fresh croissants, the only flaw is the food for breakfast ,, brioches aside, it could be improved

It is a wing of a converted former convent in Bad. Since there was no parking area, we arrived on site exhausted. Room located in a pigeon loft with steep stairs. High windows and therefore no view. The shower is broken. TV not available no channels possible. Breakfast the next day with croissants from the day before. Price paid 90 euros per night. Not recommended. Advance payment was also required.

B & b overlooking the internal courtyard of a church where there are the relics of San Francesco. We stayed in the Sole room and everything went smooth as oil. Spartan furniture for the room, very comfortable bed and flat screen TV. Very clean bathroom with very large shower and hairdryer of adequate power. The B & B is located within the city and getting there is very simple following the owner's directions. I recommend arriving, leaving your luggage and then parking at the foot of the city where there are free parking spaces. If you have a big car, don't enter the city at all, otherwise you will stay there forever. Only sweet breakfast with products packaged according to covid regulations and with the addition of a fresh brioche per person. Coffee and cappuccino from the vending machine. Very positive experience.

Excellent stay, cozy, comfortable room, excellently heated, and characterized by norevole cleanliness. Abundant breakfast with attention to detail made up of quality products. The property is in the historic center of Cortona, adjacent to the Church of San Francesco and a few meters from Piazza della Repubblica and close to the main attractions of the city. The decisive element is the professionalism and availability of Beatrice, as manager of the structure! Highly recommended for visiting the Etruscan town comfortably!

We stayed one night in this structure located in the center of Cortona. Simple but very clean and welcoming room. The view from the window of the room overlooking the cloister of the Church of San Francesco is beautiful. Perfect breakfast. To add the kindness and availability of Mrs. Beatrice. I advise.
