Iberostar Grand Salomé

Salome is our place to stay in Adeje since 2011. This year it was from 29th of May until 5th of June. A BIG thank you @Kim and @Alejandro for the warm welcome, and support prior to our arrival and during our stay. We will also mention this time the kindness of the team during our stay and thank the people who took good care of us: - the butler's team: Joffer, Alejandro and Francisco - the breakfast and Lagarto pool bar team: Ruth, Vicky, Palenzuela, Estefania, Melissa, Viviana, Thais, Jessica, and Alejandra - the pool guy: Jannier - the Posseidon team: Mossi, Andrei, Kike, Paula, Kristoffer, David, Laura and Carolina - the Portofino team: Nestor, Ode, Sergio, Janeth and Richard - the housekeeping team with Elisa, and Liliana who took care of our room It is always highly appreciated, and for sure a reason to come back to Salome. The Posseidon is definitely a worthy gourmet restaurant! Bravo to the Chef. We had diner there almost every evenings...delicious and surprising! See you soon, we’ll be back for sure!

Amazing hotel, amazing staff and service, amazing food and drink. I felt like a million dollars. It was so close to the beach. We had an incredible holiday. Thank you so much to the staff here for making us feel like 5 star guests. It's a wonderful feeling.

We booked a Jet2Holiday to Tenerife for our babymoon -- a week at the Grand Salome. It turns out this is a hotel-within-a-hotel. The Grand Salome is adults only, calm, and super relaxing. We were welcomed with a delicious dessert tray and bottle of champagne in our room. There was free cava on hand, and twice a day the staff by the pool handed out various freebies, whether a cocktail (or in my case, mocktail) drink, fruit, coffee, ice cream, or other snack or drink. Several nights we found lovely trays in our room of chocolates or fruit. Our room was extremely comfortable, always cleaned impeccably, and had a gorgeous view over the pool and out to the water. (We did pay extra for the upgraded room view.) It was never difficult to find loungers by the pool, and one day we went and spent the day on the beach which was also lovely. There are free activities hosted at the larger hotel, Iberostar Anthelia, most days of the week. We booked a half-board, which included all breakfasts and dinners. Then we just paid out of pocket for lunches. You get so much food at breakfast, we often had just a very light lunch to tide us over until dinner. There is a breakfast restaurant exclusive to Grand Salome which was very nice. There were 4 restaurants to choose from for dinner -- all are located in the larger hotel, so you will be dining next to families and children FYI. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant. The staff at the hotel all provided really outstanding service. They even helped us book a one-day car rental that we picked up and dropped off right at the hotel front door, so that we could travel about 30 minutes away to a fantastic snorkeling trip. (Highly recommend -- we saw a baby sea turtle!) Jet2 private transport to and from the hotel was easy and straightforward. In all I would not hesitate to return. It was everything we hoped for and a lovely, relaxing week!

We just loved staying at The Salome. Vicky just seemed to intuitively know when our glass was nearly empty. All of the staff were very attentive and had a smile on their faces! The breakfast with a view was the best and you could order pretty much what you fancied daily.

We have never received such friendly attentive service from all the staff. The butler service was excellent. Thank you, Francisco. A special thanks to Ruth and all the team in Lagarto and the Mirador Restaurant. It was lovely to be served breakfast in a wonderful setting with sea views. Zeus buffet - big choice. A special thank you to Janeth, who made our evenings fun in Porto Fino, and again, the food was fabulous. Try Poseidon Restaurant, we weren't going to, but were so glad we did.The spa we visited 3 times and enjoyed it. A big thank you to you all. We would love to come again.

Excellent hôtel with adorable and helpful team. You are pampered beyond expectations. Never I had a turndown service that I rate 10/10 …no flaws without asking for that service. As well rooms and pool are at the top of a 5 star Whether at the pool or pool bar ..you are very well taken care of..i will definitely come back

Excellent stay at Grand Salome. Superb staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Very peaceful. Great location . Some super shows in the evening - particularly one based on the Greatest Showman performed by the entertainment team and one by The Diamonds - a four piece harmony group performing songs from Mowtown and a tribute Stevie Wonder. There were exceptionally good.

Service is excellent. All staff friendly and helpful, Food quality is the best of any all inclusive resort we have stayed in,Room is large with good quality furniture and fittings and lovely sea views.So good have already booked to return next year. This hotel whilst quite expensive cannot be faulted.

We have been here two years in a row and it really is a sanctuary for couples! Staff are lovely and friendly, they can’t do enough for you! Ice towels and canopè by the pool and proper branded spirits! Food is good, beds are comfy, location is beautiful! All round we love it here!! So relaxing! The hotel smells amazing! Returning again next year for our child free holiday! Thank you
