Shameful behavior towards customers. The place has potential but left in the hands of these people it can only be ruined. The dirt road was, in the end, the lesser evil.

Pedro the handyman that every structure would like to have. Obviously the next time we come back to Sardinia, we will come back to this magnificent place. Excellent restaurant and bar .. Wonderful view, almost unique in its kind. Positioned on top of the Torre delle Stelle hill, the structure enjoys a dominance over the nearby vales which allows you to fully appreciate the sunsets. End of the positive part. Structure probably built by the Egyptians, inaccessible like the Fuhrer's mythological eagle's nest given the condition of the roads, a half-square-metre studio apar**ent with an air conditioner that leaks water onto the terrace. The friendly and helpful staff who are in their first season bode well. Staff that doesn't include the restaurant and bar that shoot shotgun prices to give you fried air in exchange. Oh, I forgot, at the bar/restaurant don't try to talk about A**s or pos.. they'll play dead. Otherwise, with some structural improvements, it would be the best in the area. PS: don't even ask about the swimming pool, I'll answer for them: "it's closed today, it opens tomorrow". Yes, tomorrow NEVER.

All shameful, from the dirty room to the management with the customer. Above all, the behavior of the receptionist with us customers is shameful and indecent, education equal to zero. Road to get there unpaved so say goodbye to the bottom of your cars. Parking practically non-existent as there are very few parking spaces compared to the capacity of possible guests in the residence. I recommend don't go there.

99 euros, a studio flat for a week in Sardinia: this is how an ad appeared on Instagram. I immediately thought it was the usual bait and switch, those sneaky marketing techniques that turn out to be scams or that hide hidden costs that are asked of you only on the spot. But it was too tempting and it coincided with my daughter's birthday and a post-pandemic fatigue that only Sardinia could cure. I thought: who cares! In any case, we only want to go to the sea and at least the sea of Sardinia is true. As long as the facility exists, it's worth the risk for €99. Then I read the reviews here on TripAdvisor, some of which were really terrible, and more than once I thought about giving up but then, after various vicissitudes, I was able to speak with Vittoria, the new manager of the facility and already on the phone, she showed great willingness. He told me that the residence was recently under new management and that the renovation of the apar**ents was being completed. Then I had a mishap that would have forced me to cancel everything but Vittoria was immediately willing to postpone my booking without any extra charge. I also had to cancel the rental of the car but not having found an equally advantageous offer, I convinced myself that I could do without the car, relying on the buses and the proximity of the beach. This was my only levity. It is true that the residence is just under 2 km from the beach but the road is winding and all uphill and with a slope of at least 30°... Therefore it is not recommended for those who do not come with their own car or with a rental car . Book your car well in advance (if you don't come with your own car) which in Sardinia is perhaps the most incidental cost (from €50 to €100 per day) and taxis are very expensive. This whole area of Torre delle Stelle is cheaper than other areas of Sardinia perhaps because it is not yet equipped for mass tourism. There is only one minimarket (expensive) within a kilometer radius, there is only one bus, which runs every two hours, there is no Uber, the few nearby pizzerias do not make home deliveries. The streets and directions are not properly signposted and the names of some streets are wrong on the GPS (via del Toro on the GPS is actually via Pegaso), so you risk getting lost in the hill. In short, you risk being segregated in the tower if you don't have a car. Unfortunately the shuttle was not active yet but Vittoria and all the staff went out of their way to help us move around. Vittoria picked us up and walked us back to the bus, both arriving and departing, gave us a ride to Cagliari for an excursion, plus the several times she drove us to the beach. Stefano, the maintainer, accompanied us to Villasimius to a supermarket to save us money. Pedro offered us food

Hotel is in very bad condition. Paint peeling everywhere, concrete rot, dirt. Upon entering, the chairs are on the table, the balcony is filthy, only 1 comfortable chair for 4 people. Shower clogged. Doors scrape on the floor and make noise. Swimming pool is green from the attack In the morning there appears to be no gas, after I reported this, no action. There are also letters everywhere with threats of fines. Check in after 9 pm, 30 euro fine, after 24 hours, 50 euro, kitchen not spun, 25 euro. etc etc. DON'T!!!!!!

Tolle Aussicht über das Meer vom höchsten Punkt des Ortes, dadurch aber auch etwas abgelegen. Außenansicht etwas heruntergekommen, aber Ferienwohnung in Ordnung.
