Recently stayed here with my husband and 2 children. They loved the kids club, great activities throughout the day such as arts and crafts, games and face painting. Afternoons pool games. The staff were amazing especially Luigi, Julia , Maria, Carolina made such an effort with our children and they loved them! Thanks guys.

Hotel is super basic, rooms aren’t cleaned properly, hob can’t be switched off which is silly considering children are expected to sleep in their, front door doesn’t lock which again isn’t safe for children, bottom floor patio also isn’t blocked in and our 4 year old escaped one evening and my partner had to hunt for him around the resort because the patio door also don’t lock, cockroaches everywhere and ants all over the room and beds. Same food options every day for breakfast, with the occasional option of carrots? Pool bar food is the same every day, basic but good enough. Dinner is the same chicken nuggets, chips, pizza, pasta every night with one or two more options. All meat grilled was often found to be raw. Pool area was cleaned daily and possibly the only nice part about the hotel. Apparently the kids club was running daily while we were there but we were never given any information on this and never saw it open so our son missed out. The bar that the evening entertainment is held in stinks, tiny building with limited uncomfortable seating. Our two children enjoyed the mini disco but it was literally just music. Animacion team were overheard swearing around the children and one of the women also made an odd comment about one of the competition prizes being her room number which I find to be of poor taste at a family resort. My husband enjoyed the beer pong. Pools were freezing cold and me and my children have now got coughs and colds. Not much to do around for smaller children, the local aquarium is apparently rubbish and the kids park at the hotel is tiny and not great. There are a couple of bigger and better parks along the promenade about a 10 minute walk away. Can hire family bikes down on the promenade which we had fun doing. Brilliant Tex-mex restaurant down in the square (called the four seasons) we really enjoyed the food there although their kids menu wasn’t amazing. Overall my kids had a lovely time and that’s all that matters but I think it’s mostly down to the fact that at the moment they’re too young to really notice anything or know any different. My husband and I were disappointed, we paid just over a grand for 7 days quite last minute though so I wouldn’t say it was a waste of money but we definitely won’t be returning

We have just returned from a 7 night stay. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel, the staff, the food, everything gets the best review from us. We checked in quite late at night and were concerned about food and drink when we got there but they had sandwiches made up for us and a bottle of sparkling water waiting in the room. The food was superb and something for everyone, I couldn't begin to give examples because there was so much to choose from. I don't think we ever had a minute without something to eat or drink whether it be the restaurant or pool bar. Pina colads were to die for. Entertainment was constantly getting everyone involved, I'm usually quite introverted out of my comforts but they tried their best and we had so much fun. We had to check out at noon but our transfer was at 8pm, they let you keep full access to all facilities and restaurant privileges so we got a good meal before leaving for the airport. We had a pool day and just got changed in the toilets for travelling home. Shops, beaches, aquapark is all a short walk away. No more then half hour to the next beach over. Closest beach is about 10 min. Aquapark was a bout 15min straight up the road. That was a brilliant day out. We will definitely return here. 2 adults, 2 children and we all had the best time here. Thank you so much to BlueBay, you gave us the best experience and some wonderful memories x

We are leaving this hotel today after staying for 10 nights and if I can advise anything to those who are booked to come here it would be, ignore the negative reviews. I mistakenly read reviews on this hotel before we arrived which made me question. After spending 10 days here, I have barely anything negative to say. The food caters for everybody, even if you’re a picky eater there’s something for you. The animation team always go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, and the cleaners always keep on top of changing bedding and towels. Entertainment on a night was great, always something that both kids and adults enjoy watching. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the road and the square which has all bars, restaurants and a gorgeous beach is a 15 minute walk or a €3 taxi ride. On our second day, we requested a room change as our neighbours to the side and above were extremely noisy, the staff reception couldn’t be more helpful and where quick to resolve our situation by relocating us, for this we couldn’t be more grateful. Down side to this hotel is, the walls are so thin so you can hear everything your neighbours are doing, not ideal when you have young children. We would 100% book to come here again.

We was in block C, close to kids pool which was fab however the room was really run down especially the bathroom which had mold and paint flaking, cocktails were horrible but the spirits were fine. Food got worse as the week went on with my partner having to go to the restraunt staff with another family on holiday as the chicken was literally raw. Birds were also picking at the snack bar as there is no staff to man it 😂 pool was cold but no worse than anywhere else and was nice once in. Entertainment team went on a break 11-3 everyday & don't work Sundays? Short walk to bars etc. on day 3 we literally ate out every meal. Cleaners came one day at 3pm, there was cups and plates left out by neighbouring balcony since we arrived that never got cleaned even though staff walked over the grounds past them. Paid cheap and didn't expect the world was more the cleanliness 🙂

Lovely hotel in a good location. Food was good- always something to eat for all the family. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the chairs in the dining room need a good clean but apart from that a great hotel. Would definitely return

Great hotel for the money. Foods good it’s a big hotel but the restaurant never seems to busy. Plenty of choice for food. Can’t complain for the money at all. I’m not a reviewer that moans about the decor being dated or not being many channels on the tv in English because they are obvs people that go on holiday and sit in there room. For the price we paid for 2 adults and a child you couldn’t get a week in a travelodge in England. Would recommend and would return. We have been Costa Teguise 5 times and this was the cheapest hotel we stayed at but was the best out of all stays.

We paid £1500 for 2 adults and 2 kids for a week all inclusive in June. You get what you pay for and I am so glad it didn't cost us any more. We normally stay in 4 star hotels abroad and having read some of the reviews before we arrived of course I was dubious but having paid very little for the holiday I thought we'd give it a chance. Check in was quick. I had requested a high floor room overlooking the pool and a ground floor pool view for our parents who travelled with us. Both requests were met and our rooms were fine. The sofa beds however are disgusting and very uncomfortable. The beds weren't great either. We did have a leak in our room but it was sorted immediately. We didn't have any cockroaches but our parents had 8/9 in their room, they also had little white insects crawling about their countertop. We had a few ants on our balcony but nothing to annoy us. The dining room chairs are appalling, the dirt and filth is something else. Breakfast is fine. Plenty of choice. Lunch in the pool bar isn't great. Two choices most days between toasties/burgers/pizzas/nuggets. Dinner was fine also. Plenty of choice and we never went hungry. The "theatre" is the most depressing and grim place I think I've ever encountered on any holiday. Again the chairs in here are awful the more uncomfortable chairs. We ended up going out every evening to avoid the misery of the theatre. The entertainment team do their best and there are plenty of activities during the day. The pool area is lovely and very clean. Music during the day is nice. Both our kids got sick with V&D. In the twelve years we have been going on holidays as a family they have never been sick. So take from that what you will. Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely not. Our standards are obviously a bit higher having only ever stayed at 4* hotels. If you lower your standards then you'll probably enjoy this hotel. But most definitely not for us.

We was a bit concerned reading the reviews on here but previously came to this hotel in 2019, back then there was also very mixed reviews but we had a good holiday. This time round the same it’s a good value hotel for a 3 star. Yes the dining room chairs and the rooms could do with a refurbish, but that a side the hotel itself and our room was clean. Food wise there is always something to eat, lots of choice and breakfast in particular is good. Pool area is really good for kids, with inflatables allowed which really helps keep the kids happy and all of the staff seemed pleasant. The entertainment team work hard to keep the kids occupied in the day and there is always something on in the evenings, mini disco etc. However this is mostly ideally suited for younger families. Location is also good about a 15 min walk to Costa Teguise main square. Overall we had a really good time and the hotel remains good value for the money we paid.
