Boffenigo Panorama & Experience Hotel

Wonderful staff, amazing location with a view to Garda Lake, delicious breakfast, and above all - the most pet-friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. We truly felt welcome.

What a great location . Views from our room day and night were amazing looking at the town and lake. Easy to find good location. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and professional. We had such a great time. Breakfast buffet and omelette kitchen was great. The spa was superb and we had 2 treatments with Marta. She was so good and professional made us very welcome and we both have felt free from aches and pains since. Thanks to all there, you are doing a great job…. Keep it up. Our only moan… poor water pressure in the shower in the rooms. A fantastic retreat.

The hotel looks nice, is clean and has free parking available. The rooms are nice but old style. However they are comfortable. Excellent pools and amazing view. The hotel is ot within walking distance to restaurants. Regarding service. What a dissapointment. As I am allergic i asked to serve the linguine al pesto without the clams. Easy not? But no it was refused. And then they send you emails saying client satisfaction is everything, asking if everything is well. What a joke. Where is hospitality gone? Someone who realy treats you like a guest? Sorry when you do something like this you have no heart for your customers.

The hote is located in beautiful surroundings with nature all around. From the pool side of the hotel the view is really stunning! You also see the lake. The staff were are helpful and friendly. The pool is large and never very busy. Basically plenty of space to take a daily swim. The food served is tasty with a reasonable price tag to it. The rooms are large and bright. By car you are quickly anywhere you like. So don't worry that the hotel is not located directly at the lake. The only criticism I have is regarding the mattresses. I'm 186 cm long and had only a few cm to spare if lying with my head as far up the upper part of the mattress as possible. The mattresses are also on the harder side. I let the reception know and got some top mattresses straight away which made it much better. All in all a very pleasant stay that I can recommend others.

The Bar could improve, we waited 1h an 10 min for our order to come , apparently they forgot it, we asked 2 times , (and the cocktails were watery 23 just ice ) , my 2 -years old son got impatient so we had to leave and ate in a rush

Outstanding hotel , great service all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We had 2 spa treatments and Marta was outstanding, feeling so much better. Lovely takeaway breakfast as we left early. Great view from our Balcony day and night. Only complaint the water pressure in our shower was poor. Fabulous breakfast buffet and omelette service. What more can we say, thanks for everything and well done Boffenigro It was my birthday and had a lovely message left on our mirror.

This hotel is in a great location and has wonderful views to Lake Garda if you have a pool side room. The service is excellent and the quality of the breakfast is very good with a wide range offered buffet style with a Live Chef cooking items of your choice. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Spa is tastefully done with a lovely outside pool area offering great views.

The hotel is absolutely amazing and we feel comfortable from the very first second. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast includes everything you need to start your day well. Our highlight is the view. You’ll never get tired of the view. Highly recommended!

We stayed with 2 teenage kids. The stay was great - staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great. Both pools and spa are terrific too. Only complaint is that the showers/toilets in the room are with a glass walls that don't leave for much privacy. Fine for couples but a little awkward with growing kids. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!
