We booked the cosy winter package. Two nights bed and breakfast and one 3 course evening meal (with a glass of bubbly) included. The most relaxing and tranquil couple of days. Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Would highly recommend a trip.

What an amazing stay me and my partner had here. The views and the scenery are just fantastic. The staff were lovely and house keeping had our room completely serviced the next day for us within half an hour! The food also was lovely both breakfast and the bar menu. Would highly recommend, can’t wait to return!

Only visited this time for a meal. Had a fabulous meal in The Edgewater restaurant. Staff were fabulous and very attentive. Redcastle has never disappointed me and Friday night was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Highly recommend a visit you won’t be disappointed.

Hi We had two nights in a family suite in May. The setting is beautiful! Food was great with good choices in both the bar and the restaurant for adults and kids. The pool was good and decent for kids too. The staff were very good and very friendly. The only minor disappointment was our room which very noisy with noise from the adjoining health club, laundry room and even next door where we could hear voices clearly and the shower running ! The bathroom was as a little tired looking and needed a deep clean!

We visited the hotel to to have Spa Treatments and Afternoon Tea. This of course, began with booking the experiences and it entailed a number of phone calls to co ordinate the bookings as the the Spa and restaurant bookings required separate telephone calls (I had to make 4 calls). The email confirmations did not have the correct time for the Spa and as a consequence we arrived late. On arrival we explained our confusion. The staff member in the Spa was very courteous and accommodating, allowed us to amend our booked treatments. I cannot praise the friendly restaurant staff enough who happily moved a table for us to enjoy an uninterrupted view of the Lough. The afternoon tea was tasty and I really enjoyed the unusual addition of soup. All in all we had a lovely day and I suggest streamlining of the booking process as it wasn't easy.

So we celebrated our wedding day at the hotel on May 6th, there are not enough words to describe how helpful caring and truly amazing the staff were both on the run up to the wedding and the day of the wedding and morning after, Margaret Mary our wedding co ordinator made the whole experience exciting and totally stress free and the laughter we shared I would never forget, we had a Star Wars themed wedding and the giggles from us our guests and all the staff made it that much more memorable, I honestly can't thank you all enough for making our day run smoothly All our love Mr Gregory and Mrs Casey Doherty

I have stayed in a lot off hotels all over the world and this hotel is by far the best I have ever stayed in. The staff, from the housekeeping to reception go above and beyond to make your stay just that not more special. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend staying here. The food was out off this world from breakfast to dinner and the atmosphere was so relaxing. For anyone thinking off going it’s most definitely worth a stay. The grounds and scenery are breathtaking. Staff, well done and can’t wait to return.

Had a lovely long weekend to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room had a lovely view of the Foyle and surrounding area. The hotel was very well laid out in such there was a wedding reception on and we never got disturbed

We recently had our wedding reception in Redcastle and we couldn’t have been happier with our day and our stay there. The whole planning process was made so easy and enjoyable by Margaret Mary and the team. Our wedding day was perfect. So many of our guests commented on the wonderful service and the amazing food on the day. We truly did have the best day of our lives and we are so grateful to Redcastle Hotel for making it so special. Thank you.

We had our wedding at Redcastle and from the start of the organising process to the day itself we had a great experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and Margaret Mary, the wedding coordinator at the hotel was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend. Food, drink and food all excellent!

Went to the swimming pool today with my children, pool was not like the advertised pictures you see and the pool area and changing rooms where so wet and not cleaned up regularly that my two year old slipped and banged his head. There was no staff on reception to leave my comments on the way out. Pool area needs cleaning. Not happy

We went for our 8th wedding anniversary dinner on 28th March. From start to finish the staff were wonderful. I couldn't say a bad word about the food it was devine. Service was really fast and professional throughout. The view from the table is stunning every time. Me and my husband really love Redcastle and we will definetly be back time and time again.

For €259 for one nights b+b was expecting a bit more than average. Could not check in until 3pm and room given had stains on carpet and gale force like wind through dodgy window. Was moved to another but was nearly 5pm by time was sorted. Have to be out by 11am next morning. One thing though the breakfast was great although we did jump long line to be seated and was scolded by fierce manager. Ive stayed in budget hotels and this to me is akin to them.

We had our wedding here last December and we cannot rate it high enough. From our first contact with Margaret Mary to the very end of our wedding day, we can’t thank you and your team enough. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and you really made our day so special. They went above and beyond, from the organising, to the service on the day, the food, and not to mention the ballroom Christmas decor was just that beautiful special touch. Our cake decor was flowers and they even placed the flowers for us so we didn’t have to worry about this on the day, I am so grateful and it was just perfect.
