"I booked my father in for a night at Ballyliffin TownHouse while he was visiting family, and I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience for him. From the moment he arrived, the staff went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble, he was treated with such kindness & genuine care throughout his stay. He said the hotel was spotless, cosy, and had such a lovely, homely atmosphere. The new spa and location were perfect, close to the beach and other hotels for a bit of company. He enjoyed a peaceful rest in the afternoon and some good conversation & laughter in the bar later on. The Irish breakfast was a real highlight, beautifully cooked with plenty of choice & served with a warm smile. He left saying he felt truly cared for and was genuinely sad to go. A huge thank you to everyone at Ballyliffin TownHouse for looking after him so well. True Irish hospitality at its very best !!"

"We had booked a courtyard room but were upgraded to a Deluxe double which was huge and extremely comfortable.The bathroom was fantastic and the bed and linens excellent.We even had a turndown service which we did not expect.We ate in the bar and the food and cocktails were excellent.Breakfast was also excellent and  we are hard to please!!!!! The spa is lovely but would benefit from a covered walkway from the hotel as it was raining the whole time we were there.In general we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again.Very friendly and pleasant staff."

Nothing is too much bother for the wonderful staff. Dinners were first class as well. "The location of the Shandon Hotel is fantastic the view from our room was fabulous all you could see was the coast line. There was a lovely comfortable atmosphere in the hotel. The check in and check out experience was very easy Our room was a lovely big room very clean and warm. There was very little noise at night so we had a good sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Breakfast was tasty and food was warm. We had dinner in the bar which was very good. I used the gym which is a little walk from the hotel but it was clean. We will be returning to the hotel again as we had a lovely stay."

"When driving on a country road with beautiful scenery, you will see dots of exquisite small houses. Woodhill is a family hotel that cannot be seen even when walking on the road. It can be reached by driving deep into the dense forest-like path. You need to prepare a signal and psychological; but after arriving, you will find that if you want to experience the Irish countryside, you should come to Woodhill. John is a sincere grandfather who has eleven grandchildren who have stayed in Hong Kong. It is interesting to chat with him. It is really quiet at night. It's nice to get away from the lights for a while."
