My family and I just recently stayed here. We had a great time. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard to make the hotel run well. They kept everything very clean and were quick to help us when we needed it. The bed was a bit hard for my tastes but my husband and kids all slept great. Breakfast in the morning was simple but freshly made. There were muffins, cereals, breads to toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, yougurt, and a few other things. The hotel is only a 20 min drive to the ferry as well so that is a nice bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

The best western in Duncan is situated extremely close to downtown. There is a Walmart and timhortons within walking distance. The on-site restaurant was a bit pricey but was good. The gym is cute the rooms are clean and spacious and the free breakfast is good enough :) I’ve yet to stay when the pool is open. You can even make your own coffee tea with a in room keurig. Mini fridge and microwave are awesome. The toiletries are of good quality as well. Nice bath shower combo. It is right on the highway but I sleep with a rain noise on so I’m not sure I can report on that. Beds are medium on the firm scale. But I know I like a hard bed :) I still get a decent sleep. All over , I would stay again for sure!

I haven't a lot of experience with Hotels(maybe 15 times in 57 yrs). This was /is the best I ever stayed in. The staff was/is very helpful. Very clean suite. I'm a person with disabilities and am very happy I stayed here. There was a fire in my building and had to evacuate due to smoke damage. (not my suite) Super 8 took me in. The Staff is the best here(they even brought me mustard for my sandwich.lol) Steve (Stephane) Bouchard.
