The room is in need of repair. The curtains have been damaged and will not close and on the first floor facing the parking lot, that’s a problem. No coffeemaker which was replaced with one that doesn’t work properly. The furniture in the room is sticky as if the varnish has been damaged. Frankly, it’s disgusting. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable so that’s a plus. I would not stay here again. I’m of the opinion that the owners recently purchased property and are trying to recoup their investment before renovating.

The water heater had gone out, so there was no hot water. First they put me in a room that was not cleaned up and beds not made. Then they put me in a room that did not have a TV controller and look pretty shabby. The breakfast bar was good, though.

Our room had recently undergone renovation. A towel rack fell off the wall right away, and the shower rod and curtain came down as my husband showered. A bracket for box springs extended several inches from bed, but hidden by the bed skirt. I raked my calf across it when I got up during the night. Not badly injured, but could have been. No cloths rod in the closet. No hair dryer - had to ask at front desk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but overall experience was poor.

There was no hot water both nights that I was there. Taking a cold shower was not something that I had planned on doing.

It was ok for a place that was being renovated. The bed was comfortable. A lot of the furniture needed to be undated. Very nice staff. Breakfast was ok.

Very old and dated. We booked a king with a sofa bed, but it was a small futon. The front desk said there are no "sofa beds" in the hotel even though photos and room descriptions show and say "sofa bed." The original room we checked into was not clean and had not been vacuumed, they were nice and moved us to another room. In that room, there was a mop head still on the counter top. Hair dryer was busted and missing. Beds were comfortable at least. Only planned to stay one night as we were traveling through, thank goodness. Breakfast was average. Will not stay in this location again.

This staff and the owners are working on the property. And it is evident. I’d stay here and recommend it easily. The staff was exceptional, the rooms clean. Need a stopper in the tub. Comfortable bed and felt safe even in an area of town you may not normally. The pool was cold but would be great in the Louisiana heat.

The staff was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel. Hot breakfast! Indoor pool. Very clean rooms lobby was clean and the rooms are clean.

Staff was friendly but rooms were horrible, they put us in 2 different rooms had to change the bedding because grass and other debris were in the bed , pop corn was on the floor microwave didn’t work, you could see the ring around the bath tub , they blamed the house keepers

I booked this hotel on October 14, 2023 using Hotwire. When I arrived the hotel desk staff confirmed I had an appointment but told me "the form of payment is not accepted". I showed them that the funds for the night had already been drafted from my account. The spend some time and came back and told me "I'm sorry but the form of payment is not accepted." So I called Hotwire and asked for my money back. Hotwire says the hotel manager needs to approve the refund. The hotel manager refused to approve, and refused to give me access to my room. At a later time that evening after I was checking into a different hotel (and paying by CC at the counter) Hotwire notified me that I could now go back to the Quality Inn hotel and they would give me access to the room. It was too late for me. I challenged the charge with PayPal (the method I used to pay Hotwire) and they denied it with reason "the service was delivered". I'm eating the charge. Won't kill me. I've given Hotwire and the Hotel now three weeks to resolve the issue in good faith before posting this review.

This place has no business being open for business in its current condition, we booked last minuet on Priceline and was given what we thought was a very reasonable rate at $59.95 plus tax. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly young woman at the front desk who immediately began apologizing for the condition of the hotel which is never a good sign saying it was currently under "heavy renovation" (whatever that means), then went on to say that they were also having employee issues with their housekeeping crew so she was not sure yet which rooms had been cleaned. Looking back with 20/20 hindsight we should have simply cut our losses and sought shelter elsewhere but after driving all day we were tired & hungry, and just wanted a place to hang our hats for the night. The first room we were given had an extremely strong mildew smell that nearly knocked us over, the second room we were given key's to had been completely gutted as in no beds, no carpet, no TV, no fridge, etc. etc. just 4 bare walls and a floor and the 3rd room while it did have beds, a fridge, working TV, and a furnished bathroom, it had no clock, no phone, no microwave, & no coffee pot, just the most basic bare necessities and nothing more. There were no restaurants in the immediate area plus the hotel is in a rather sketchy neighborhood, so much so that the Uber driver we hired to take us to a decent restaurant for dinner told us to be sure and be back before nightfall as most Uber drivers will not go to that neighborhood after dark! Best to just steer clear of this trainwreck altogether, virtually anything would be a better option.

There was a mix up on reservation. The site said o had pain and payment was.accepted Arrival said no reservation and the site was not accepted at that hotel. Finally got a room with a tub in room and another in bathroom. The hotel was under renovation and not in best condition and not very accommodating. Not our best stay
