The room was decent for the price I booked. It had a good view and was very close to Sugondha Point, so shopping and the beach were pretty close. There were various restaurants around too, and their complimentary breakfast was good as well. However, that's the end of the goods. The reception is very unresponsive. Asking for any favor is a complete waste of time, from pickup service to checkout; everything is to be done by itself. I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but it was irritating and disrespectful. Plus, the fittings seem to be old inside the room, there are bugs in the bathroom to which apparently they have no fix.

The hotel all door was problem very old and very jammed position, we can’t open and close very easily, at toilet dustbin is broken, all staff behaviour was good, Morning breakfast is limited items not as international standard, Hotel check out day car free service was surprise for me. Overall the hotel facilities need to increase as international standard, Thanks Kabir

This hotel is one of those gems you find when the ones you are recommended are full. The restaurant is just amazing. The food is fantastic. Location to beach for early morning walks is perfect before starting work. The staff I give 12/10. Above and beyond. I will return to CB often and this is now my stay of choice. Thank you to every one there. We had a team of 7 there and we all agreed. Thank you. Pete

Hotel is good but a bit far from beach. Breakfast is good and tasty. The room is large and comfortable. Stuff is helpful and easy communicated.
