Her tone and choice of words were inappropriate and disrespectful. Despite being provided with multiple guests, she questioned operational matters such as room allocation in an improper and confrontational manner. Such communication is unacceptable in a professional hospitality environment and does not align with company standards. Impact: This behavior negatively affects workplace harmony, professional coordination, and overall service culture. Recommendation: Immediate counseling and corrective action are recommended. Ms. Tasbiah should be reminded of proper professional conduct, communication ethics, and role responsibilities. Repeated behavior of this nature should lead to further disciplinary measures."

"I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay, which was meant to be a special honeymoon trip. Before making the reservation, I carefully reviewed the room features and specifically chose a room that included a bathtub. However, upon check-in, I was provided with a standard room that did not have this feature. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff and presented my reservation voucher, I was met with indifference and asked to wait for an extended period. The receptionist on duty showed no willingness to assist and stated that no solution could be offered. It was only after I expressed my strong disappointment and mentioned that I intended to escalate the matter to higher authorities that a suitable room with a bathtub was suddenly made available. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing, especially considering the significance of the occasion. As a Bangladeshi national working for years in a multinational hospitality chain, I believe such service standards are unacceptable. The attitude and response of the reception staff reflected a lack of proper training in guest relations and hospitality. The overall welcome and handling of the situation were far below the professional standards expected from an establishment of your reputation."

"Suite rooms. Only good thing this hotel offers. However, room lighting was quite bad, not every time you want dim lighting in your room. Breakfast: complimentary but horrible. Salty foods. Dessert section was like 0/10, the servers roam around with fried eggs and asks if the customers want any egg. Overall, it can be said that, this hotel has not kept any good chef and they really don't care about their food. They only are proud about their suite rooms, spa, swimming pool (more like a big tub). Service: one of the 2 female front desk employee (without glasses) was really nice and professional. There was another one bearded guy who I think doesn't know he is in the hospitality sector. On the checkout day, I called the reception and told to take my luggage, he said okay. Then 15 minutes, no one bothered to come. I then took the luggage myself to the lobby and asked the servers about it, they seemed like they were not told to take my luggage. And the whole conversation was heard by the bearded guy at the front desk, he didn't even care to bother. I personally told him about the issue as well and he totally ignored the fact and not a single "sorry" came out of his mouth. Room service was good enough as per what we asked for. The security guards were quite nice and friendly. The guards are not directly involved with the customers in terms of services, still they are doing a great job. Others can learn from them. Swimming pool: you cannot just make a big tub and call it a swimming pool to increase your star rating of the hotel! Last but not the least: the main door of the room didn't have any manual security lock to do from the inside! Like, the room service already got all the keys fo the rooms for themselves, and anyone of them can easily enter the room while we are still in the room! At least the bedroom got a separated locking system!"

"Average hotel with average comfortable room but relatively good service and cleanliness. Stayed for 3 nights for official purpose. Located at Dolphin circle and opposite of Shalik restaurant. So eating out and roaming around is easy. Can be an option you are looking for a budget friendly clean hotel and if you are not too choosy."

"We arrived and found that the bathroom door lock was broken. The room wasn't clean, and service was very slow. They took 2 hours to fix the bathroom lock. In Breakfast you only get chicken, not mutton or beef. We will never book this hotel and tell everyone not to."

The resort is still under development, featuring a small garden and pretty little cottages. However, the peaceful atmosphere is already noticeable. The room was clean, with a small refrigerator and air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was okay, though breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, it offers good value for money and is perfect for someone looking for a small, pleasant resort in the heart of Cox's Bazar."
