The king room was smaller than advertised and very noisy, so I had to ask for a room change. The gym is small and stuffy with old equipment. The breakfast choices were limited and the omelet was smelly. No lactose free milk available, when I asked for it the staff pointed to the skimmed milk.
The wait time for the shuttle is way too long. Waited 1,5 hour long and had to get in touch several times with the staff as they kept changing the pick up tine. Not what you expect after after a 24 hours plus journey.
