Pleasant small (cute) hotel. Great view (we had a view over the port). Perfect location. Friendly staff.
Desk closes at 8pm but 24/7 coffee available at front desk.
Musty smell from our bathroom but otherwise nice facilities, clean, and comfortable.

While the staff is very nice and welcoming, breakfast (outside overlooking the beach) is remarkable, I have to write a negative review. But for the above, it would be a 1/5. The first room I stayed in had mold in the corners. Not in the bathroom, in the room over the bed. Not just a bit… after several nights of very poor sleep due to breathing issues resulting from the mold (possibly anxiety too, because of the mold), I asked to be changed to another room. The staff very nicely accommodated my request. Unfortunately, the room had even more mold in the corners, behind the bed and against the headboard. I know it’s Brittany but, come on, it’s very unhealthy. How can they be allowed?? Be forewarn if traveling with infants or sensitive people (I never knew I was sensitive to mold until this little adventure).

It was a disappointing experience. A 3star hotel with no lift,no bar, no restaurant and a reception that is closed 12 hours per day. In addition 2 lights in our room did not work. The hotel was clean with decent decor and a great location but not one we will Revisit.

Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The view is nice, right out to the wide beach and (faraway) sea. But there is a lot of traffic in front of the window, the decor is absolutely joyless and something is missing (also missing are kleenex, a long mirror). Breakfast is low quality. Could be much better with this location.

We had room 107 which was supposed to be a superior room. It had shabby furniture and poor decoration which needs updating. Breakfast was not very good, limited choice and poor quality ingredients. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There was very little hanging space in the bedroom and a wardrobe would not fit in the room as it was too small to put one in.I would not return.

A very comfortable room with a view of the beach. The hotel is well situated with restaurants nearby. Will certainly return one day.

We like to be near the most interesting parts of town and Hotel de la Baie is right there. We don't speak French and the hotel staff was patient and very helpful. They made reservations for us at a local restaurant which had been difficult for us from home (California). The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable.

Personnel accueillant et souriant, hôtel et chambres coquettes. On s'y sent bien dès l'entrée !
Salle de bain un tout petit peu petit mais reste correct et propre.
Bon petit-déjeuner.
