Disa
The kitchen was only a sink, cook top, and coffee maker; no frigde or microwave. Water was turned off for repairs originally 1-6 PM, but didn't come back on until 10:30 PM. Construction noises continued until 10:15 PM. There was no hot water the next morning for a shower. The nicest thing was the bed and bedding.

Very nice hotel. The reception doesn’t look particularly nice but the rooms are amazing. The staff was also friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a gym but they suggested a park nearby where one can exercise.

The staff was great, friendly and professional. The room was ok, but. I reserved a room with a kitchen and it did not have a refrigerator. That makes the kitchen almost useless. The restaurants bery good, but it was often closed. The few time I was able to eat there it was very good.

Just fantastic!
I loved everything about the Vaway in Cuenca, my view was beautiful. Most of all I loved the entire staff. One of the best hotel stays I have had and that was because of the wonderful staff!

Wonderful Welcome to Cuenca!
The staff here was very helpful. And the breakfast on the seventh floor exceptionally good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Vaway Hotel in Cuenca. It was in the center of many restaurants, shops and more. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and the rooms were well kept.

The best hotel period.
We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very peaceful with friendly staff.
The food was amazing so delicious.
The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of downtown Cuenca.
