El café del desayuno estuvo excelente. La vista en la habitación es muy bonita; sin embargo, la comida del desayuno estuvo toda fría: huevos, salchichas, jamón; además, la recepcionista estaba muy enferma y no usaba mascarilla, habían como 4 personas de servicio y nadie ayuda con las maletas o dan servicios alguno; incluso, no podían dar la información necesaria o completa, y para cerrar con broche de oro, el hotel ofrece garaje “supuestamente” y cuando fuimos nos enviaron a un garaje externo donde el huésped tiene que pagar $5 por noche de estadía.

The location is fantastic, with the tramway stop right in front of the door, making it easy to get around. Just two blocks away is the main square, Calderón, which offers a vibrant atmosphere.
There are plenty of eating options just steps away, making meals very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One highlight was the breakfast room on the 9th floor, where I enjoyed great views of the city while dining. It really made the experience special.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
