Front desk staff was strong room was fine. Little things were missing. No coffee cups for free coffee. No ice on 2 floors. Curtain control in room was broken.

We were traveling from our home in NH to FL, and this was a one night stopover along the route. We stayed one night at different hotels along the way. However the only hotel that I wish we could have stayed at longer was this one. The hotel room was very spacious, and the furnishings did not make the room feel cramped. The lighting was better than most other hotels not just in the bathroom I but also in the room itself. I especially liked the bathroom which was so much larger than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. That’s huge! The entire unit was also very clean, and the bathroom was not just clean but also contemporary (not dated looking). The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area were genuinely pleasant. It was a great pleasure to stay there.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before. As always, the experience is great. We only had one issue - the toilet was not flushing. Because we were very late getting to the hotel, we didnt say anything to the staff. Other than that, great hotel.

Another guest frequently left his room through out the night. Why is this an issue? Doors have a big bang every time the door is close. Please adjust doors to be quiet.
