The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. We're in the middle of our 9-night stay here in Batel, Curitiba. The hotel is brand new, so everything is beautiful - clean, fresh and undisturbed. Our room is modern and quiet, furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night tables, a small fridge, desk and a large, Smart T.V. The only negative would be the fact that there isn't even 1 English T.V. station - not ONE! Since everything is brand new, our mattress is firm, but comfortable. The sheets and comforter are also top quality ( extra pillows & blanket provided). The premium, cotton towels are thick and whiter than WHITE. The WIFI is strong and the AC works well. Breakfast is more than adequate - you pick & choose what you want; you can get an omelette or scrambled eggs upon request. They also provide a lunch menu. The large, spacious lobby, with a work station, is well lit and ventilated - a place to have a meal, or just hang out. The elevators are also brand new - fast and programmed for each floor. The front desk staff speaks English and is very pleasant, helpful and efficient, especially Emmanuelle! 24/7 security guard on site.

The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

Hotel very well located. All staff attentive. But the boxing beds are already being arcaded from the oldest, and the owner needs to cast out those beds and buy new beds, because it does not match the hotel standard and value that is charged. I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

The hotel is also good location, is close to the city centre and the pra to enjoy a little, just don't recommend walking around the night.
