Moaf Cusco Boutique Hotel

This is nice small place ideally located in the Centro historico, steps from the main plaza. The room was simple but fully equipped and the large bed (celebrated on many reviews!) indeed very wide, although not very long! This added to the fact that the bedding (several layers of blankets was very (very!) heavy made for not so good nights for me. Your mileage may vary about this. Otherwise simple but good breakfast and very nice staff. A very good address especially for the reasons price.

Fantastic location just a block away from the main plaza. Staff was so incredibly helpful - packing breakfasts if our tour left before 6:30am, storing our luggage during our trek, ordering a tax service for airport pickup and drop off, and more. Highly recommend!

There was dirt on the bed, the receptionists do not speak English. They did not even have hair conditioner. The Netflix in the room wasn’t working I had to ask twice before somebody could come and try to fix it, and they still couldn’t make it work. Everything about this place is just sub par. For $10 more, you can stay in nice hotel with working equipments & furniture in San Blas.

Jasmine and the rest of the staff at Moaf provided us a wonderful experience while we spent 8 nights there in 2 different stints. We arrived at 10 am after three flights from the US West Coast, including a long red-eye. While checking us in, Jasmine quickly realized what we needed. She immediately sat us down and gave us coca tea while other staff took our bags to our room. She gave great advice on acclimatizing to the altitude, arranged interesting and informative tours, and was very friendly and responsive. Every day she told us about what special events were happening. Rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, great pillows, and a functional desk/table space. For one of our stays, we had a 3rd floor room with a separate table, sink, and small fridge, plus a lovely view over the city. Wifi was great — good enough that we both did a few days of remote work, including Zoom video calls. Breakfast was terrific — made-to-order eggs, lots of high-quality fresh fruit, coffee & many teas & hot chocolate, tamales & sausage, cereals & yoghurt, plus some breads and more. The common spaces are great: breakfast room is available all day. Plus the 3rd & 4th floors have pretty places to sit with great views across the city - great place to sit and work or read or have a call. We highly recommend Moaf - excellent accommodations for a very affordable rate. Plus I just can’t say enough about how much Jasmine and the other staff did to make our stay comfortable and rewarding.

The staff was lovely, from the front desk attendant, to the owners, Manuel and Liliana. They were always smiling, helpful, and offering to go out of their way to make our stay great. The space was quiet, clean, and tucked away from the main street, providing some quiet from all of the festivities happening just down the road.

This hotel is a hidden gem, 2 min away from the center of Cusco. We stayed there for two nights prior to our Machu Picchu trek. This hotel is hidden down an alley, off of a main street. The door is locked and everyone is buzzed in or out, so it's safe and secure. The staff was welcoming, professional and informative. This hotel is nothing fancy but quaint, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They even packed us lunch when we left for the trek at 4 AM. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples.

We reserved 4 rooms for 3 nights in Cusco. MOAF was the best decision ever! They were always available to help. They helped us coordinating transportation and laundry. Every morning they had our table of 7 ready for breakfast with a beautiful setting. Breakfast was amazing. Without asking, they prepared us breakfast boxes the day we left at 3am for the Rainbow Mountain tour. That was above and beyond our expectations. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel is near everything!! I will defined come back and recommend this place!

Service was impeccable. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, small quiet, cozy property. Breakfast was great. Close to the Plaza so it was easy to walk over in the evenings and enjoy the Plaza and dinner. Luggage storage was seamless - they had our luggage waiting in our room when we returned from Trek.

Experience at MOAF was amazing! The staff were so nice and super welcoming - some of the best service we've gotten at hotels. Our room was spacious and clean. It had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was great - only a 2-3 min walk to Plaza de Armas. Would highly recommend to travelers staying in Cusco!
