"This hostel/hotel is located in a quiet part of Cusco, but easily walkable to the centre ”where, it's all happening”. The room was very spacious and the bedding very warm. I could imagine the rooms may be a little cold in winter as I saw no form of heating . On the top floor you can help yourself to tea and water. Breakfast was decent, in relation to how much the room costs per night. No English was spoken on site, so be prepared to use Google translate if you don't speak Spanish! I'd definitely stay here again. Showers did give hot water but it could be intermittent. Nice roof terrace if you want to sit and chill in the sun. (See photos). If you want to pay using a credit card there's a 5% service charge on top."

Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating."

"My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. "It was a perfect stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds very comfortable. The stuff was always very helpful, offer us a doctor and gave us good tips when we feel bad about the high. They brought our dirty clothes to a laundry and mad breakfast every day. The few was great and the b&b was close to the center but very quiet as well. I can highly recommend that place."

Recommend that having to navigate stairs inside the suite should be clearly noted on the room details to help with booking selection. We would not have picked this room had we known about the stairs.
