Hilton Garden Inn Cusco ★★★★
"This was our favourite hotel in Peru! The staff were amazing, always checking on us and making sure we were comfortable. They helped us with oxygen when one of us was sick from altitude. They have a laundry room, which was super convenient as a family. Laura at the front desk was incredible, she deserves a promotion! Such a lovely, and helpful front desk attendant!"
CUSCO DORMS
"I arrived at 9:40 PM last night and was kindly welcomed. I am so grateful that you went out of your way to get my luggage ready when I checked out around 4:30 AM today. Since most hostels in Peru are the same in terms of noise and poor water pressure, I am extremely satisfied with this location at this price."
Hampton by Hilton Cusco ★★★★
"Satisfied, good value for money."
Casa Cruz Verde by Peru Garden Hotels ★★★
"Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we could feel the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Every single employee was incredibly polite and eager to help, making us feel right at home. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with excellent space planning that allowed us to fully relax. Plus, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, making it easy to go sightseeing or shopping. I especially want to praise the breakfast here. The restaurant environment was spacious and comfortable, and the food quality was very high and delicious. What surprised and touched us the most was that, because we had to leave early one day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a large bag of takeaway breakfast for us, ensuring we wouldn't go hungry on the road. This level of thoughtfulness truly exceeded our expectations! Overall, this is a high-quality hotel filled with a human touch, and I sincerely recommend it to every traveler!"
Hotel Monasterio San Pedro ★★★
"I really liked the environment here; the garden was beautiful, and the breakfast was plentiful. Excellent! I'd definitely stay here again after returning to Cusco."
Andean Dreams Hotel ★★
"My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!"
Tierra Viva Cusco Centro ★★★
"Upon entering the room, my first impression was how incredibly spacious it felt, absolutely no feeling of being cramped. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of several popular attractions. For travelers like us who enjoy exploring the city on foot, it was incredibly convenient."
Hotel Las Quenas ★★★
"This was my second stay at this wonderful family-run hotel, and it once again exceeded my expectations. I chose to return after completing my trek to Machu Picchu, and the experience was just as welcoming as I remembered. To my surprise, I was assigned the same room as during my previous stay, and all the amenities I had requested on my first visit were already prepared before I checked in. It’s this level of thoughtful attention to detail and genuine hospitality that makes this hotel feel like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit."
San Agustin El Dorado ★★★★
"Yadira it’s very excellent service and hotel environment is a very good Hotel the service is very excellent Hotel toilet is very good Anything is very good. I recommended this hotel. Shiver five star service"

Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
"Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio."
Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel
"The hotel converted into an ancient house is quite large inside and very local. There are many public rest areas and the courtyard landscape is beautiful. There are often surprises in corners, antique furniture decoration, and the atmosphere is full. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. There is a separate toilet and shower room. The independent balcony can rest and enjoy the street view. Luggage can be stored at the front desk and 2 minutes walk from the weapons square in the city center."
Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco
"Very good, opposite the Temple of the Sun, excellent location, hotel tour every night, performances and alpacas. Worth staying"
Casa Cartagena Boutique Hotel & Spa
"An unexpected gem in the centre of Cusco. It was truly a most beautiful setting and our room was absolutely amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Treated myself to a spa treatment a full body massage and got an awful lot for my money. Most highly recommended if you’re planning a trip to the beautiful city of Cusco"
Hotel Paradis Suite Cusco
"I was surprised that the hotel staff could speak some Japanese. There was also Japanese signs all over the hotel, which made it easy to understand. I also liked the laundry service and the pool."
JW Marriott El Convento Cusco
"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room size is just right. The ventilation system in the room provides oxygen, and oxygen masks are available upon request. All the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. I had a very comfortable stay!"
Hotel Montecristo Cusco
"Hotel Montecristo. The location is good. Just walking distance from the main plaza and with easy access to the main attractions. A short walk uphill and you are in the “acueducto” as well as a good spot for nice view and pictures of the city. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I was able to get any last minute items that I needed from there, like water, sunblock, insect repellent, etc. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was light but ok. And the internet can definitely be better, but based on the location (Cuzco) you can’t ask for much. Right? The staff people were friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."
Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
"Everything is perfect"
Casona Dorada Hotel Cusco
"The hotel is simple, but the service is very good. They helped us with everything we needed. We were able to communicate well with the girls who work there, even though we spoke Portuguese."
Novotel Cusco
"I chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness."
Palacio Manco Capac by Ananay Hotels
"The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up."
Centro by Casa Andina Cusco Saphi
"Nice and big hostel.. many rooms and friendly hostes. Be careful with the altitude difference, because 3400 meters above sea level makes most people suffer from altitude sickness."
CUSCO VISTA GUETS HOUSE
"Very good city wiev and very clean Thenk you very much everything 🇵🇪🌸"
Hotel Cusco Plaza Saphi
"This venue was perfect. In the high altitude of Cusco, there isn’t a better option! No stairs or high hills to climb to get to this hotel and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the plaza d’armas! It’s perfect. The old architecture and design is so cool! The bed was comfy, bathroom updated, it’s a great place! We wish we knew about this place for our initial stay in Cusco!"
Hostal la Rasa
"Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Room Was good with comfortable bed. Hotel located not far from airport and right next to the beach"
Anata Hostel
"The room was too small not what i expected. The hotel was up on a steep slope and away from the main square"
