Hilton Garden Inn Cusco
"Wifi is super slow. Youtube is not smooth even on 144p. Nice hotel staff. Around 20 minutes walk to city centre."
CUSCO DORMS
"Despite arriving late at night, I received incredibly kind service! Also, when I mentioned I had to check out at 4:30 AM for a tour, they woke up at 4 AM and waited for me! The hotel was very clean, so I would definitely like to stay there again!"
Hampton by Hilton Cusco
"Hotel is quite new and clean. Staffs were attentive and friendly. Locatiin is about 20 - 30 mins walk to Plaza de Armas."
Casa Cruz Verde by Peru Garden Hotels
"Great stay especially thanks to manager Johaan helped us a lot. Best stay at Cusco."
Hotel Monasterio San Pedro
"Good attention and services from the staff. The architecture of the place is pleasant."
Andean Dreams Hotel
"The staff was very kind and even woke up at 4:30am to give me a breakfast bag for my trip to MachuPicchu! Very good service and I totally recommend :)"
Tierra Viva Cusco Centro
"The service attitude is warm and thoughtful. I stayed there for the second time."

Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco
"Beautiful hotel, super staff"
Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel
"The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped."
Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
"Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio."
JW Marriott El Convento Cusco
"Perfect location, beautiful historical property, amazing facilities. The breakfast was outstanding. Close walk to most attractions. Will definitely stay here agai"
Hotel Montecristo Cusco
"The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to stay in the hotel. The breakfast is on a timetable as nobody can use it (6-9am), as the tours start at 4am and if you stay in the room, you will not, of course, get up so early to breakfast. Limited food supply in variety and portions. Two days before check-out, we asked for another night; they assured to give it, but the day it was required, we were denied because "they had not booked it". Only two people do well their job: the cleaner girl and the night's receptionist (although she is also limited in her acting)."
Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
"We had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The attention to detail and level of service were truly top-notch. We especially loved the pisco sour demonstration and the walking tour, which made our experience feel unique and personal. The property is in an excellent location. A special thank you to our butler, Saúl, who was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead of our needs. Yoshira made every breakfast a pleasure with her warm and attentive service. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The massages were excellent, and the spa manager was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more memorable. The pool area is also gorgeous and it was heated as well! All the amenities were provided such as sunscreen. Transportation arranged through the hotel was flawless throughout our visit, and every detail was handled seamlessly. All the drivers were so kind. It's rare to find a property where nothing is overlooked, but this hotel delivered at every turn. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
Hotel EN Cusco
"They provide breakfast in the morning, it's clean and quiet, and it's really nice. There's a supermarket 20 minutes away on foot. It seems a little out of the way, but it's good. Highly recommended."
Novotel Cusco
"Very convenient, just walk to each check-in point."
Casona Dorada Hotel Cusco
"We had a wonderful stay. This hotel was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Cusco. The staff were attentive and warm and the breakfast was very tasty and prepared with care. We would recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for a well located hotel with a warm and welcoming staff."
Centro by Casa Andina Cusco Saphi
"I enjoyed my stay. The people on reception were lovely. The common areas were inviting and comfortable."
Hotel Paradis Suite Cusco
"It isn't quite new but its a nice hotel, it feels very classy. The only downside is that our heater stopped working but that wasn't a big problem. I would recommend this hotel especially if they have a good deal."
Anata Hostel
"It is hard to control the hot water. It has always been very hot or very cold."
Mayu Boutique Hotel
"Located on a hillside in Cusco, it requires a short hike, but the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the place offers coffee and tea downstairs, giving it a cozy, homestay feel. I was especially grateful to the owner for helping me find my phone after I left it in the taxi."
HOSPEDAJE LIBRA II
"Great!"
La Posada de Atahualpa
"The place is around 15min walking from the main square. The breakfast is simple, below expectation. We asked for a breakfast box and it was disappointing. The place is clean but it requires general refreshing like wall painting. Overall it was good. I really appreciate good contact with the reception."
